Please remember to click on the person’s name to see all of the details of how we made these creations and leave these wonderful girls some comment love
Cath had loads of fun creating this encouragement card for a friend, with Tim Holtz’s Crazy Dog stamps and Framelits and Tim Holtz Idea-ology Mini Fasteners.
Andrea used the darling dog stamp from Tim Holtz’s Funny Farm to create a background pattern for her tag. She cut some fun shapes from Dina Wakley’s Collage Collective and brought on some neon hues using Dylusions’ Tropical Sangria, Lemon Drop and Strawberry Daquiri paint.
Anna-Karin created a tag featuring a cute dog, stamped with the Darkroom Door Sitting Dog stamp. The background was inked with Distress Inks and texture was added with Tim Holtz Linen stencil.
Barbara was inspired by Idea-ology Paper Dolls and their dogs! She created a trio of tags using Tim Holtz Sizzix Stacked circles, Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous stencil Halftone, Ranger Distress Embossing Glaze Antique linen, Ranger Translucent Distress Grit Paste, and Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous Field Notes Stamps set.
Cheiron used a Mini Etcetera tag covered in Worn Wallpaper along with a vignette panel as the foundation of her project. She added a Baseboard Doll featuring a boy and his dog. She used Clippings stickers, Junk Drawer Baseboards, a Stencil Chip and a piece of Vintage Flair to finish her tag.
Emma used a Mini Etcetera tag, together with a Size 8 Etcetera Tag to create a project all about a little girl’s best friend. She used a Tim Holtz Paper Doll as the focal point to tell the story and added her to a background created using Oxide Sprays, Distress Spray Stains, Translucent Distress Grit Paste and Embossing Glazes.
Kath made a fun “tongue in cheek” card using Crazy Dogs, one of her all time favourite Tim Holtz/Stampers Anonymous stamp sets. She also used the Ringer Mini Layering Stencil from Set 7 with Distress Translucent Grit Paste and Embossing Glazes to add interest to the background and Tim Holtz/Stampers Anonymous Blockprint and Sizzix Alphanumeric Tiny Type Lower Thinlits for the sentiment.
Macarena made a tag with a tropical scenery for her King Dog using Tim Holtz Crazy Dogs stamps and dies. She transform a flower from the Darkroom Door Carved Flowers stencil into a tropical palms to give the King some cooling shade.
Maura was thinking about all the mischief her dog, Jasper, used to get into. She created a fun party card using Tim Holtz’s Crazy Dogs stamp set, Stampers Anonymous Ways With Words set, Tombow Markers, and sprinkled it with some Unicorn Rainbow bling from 28 Lilac Lane.
Meihsia was inspired to create a mixed media tag using Tim Holtz Idea-Ology Mini Paper Stash Abandoned on the background decorated it with the cute dog image from Brutus Monroe Clear Stamp Rockstar Pets.
Sandra was inspired by the Oddball Pug stamp and colored him it with Distress Reinkers Tea Dye, Vintage Photo and Walnut Stain. For the background she used Distress Oxide and Distress Embossing Glaze Broken China, Cracked Pistachio and Peeled Paint.
Zoey used Disteress Crayons and a mix of Tim Holtz collage paper to create the background of this tag. She then decorated it with pieces of Tim Holtz Ephemera and this cute paper doll with her dog!
So now it’s YOUR turn to get out your inks, paints and all things arty and start creating! We are looking forward to seeing what you make!
