Hi all and welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge

BRIGHT AND CHEERFUL

It is Kerstin’s  last week with us in the Designer Spotlight and we would like to say a huge thank you for all of your creations over the past month. It has been a real pleasure to have you along with us :-)

Kerstin made a fabulous home decor frame using Tim Holtz Sizzix BOTANICAL 3D Texture Fades Embossing Folder, Tim Holtz Idea-ology DECO FRAMES Adornments and a Tim Holtz Sizzix FRIENDSHIP WORDS SCRIPT Thinlits Die.

Andrea never has trouble using bright colors!  She made some encouragement tags using Heffy Doodle’s Tag Along dies and Tim Holtz’s Cityscape Skyline dies and his Salvaged Design Tape.

Anna-Karin made a bright and cheerful tag, using almost only scrap papers. The flowers were die cut with Tim Holtz’s Funky Floral 1 and 2 sets, and the bigger sentiment comes from his Life Quotes stamp set.

Barbara was inspired by the tropical fish, they are so bright and cheerful!! She created an Etcetera tag with  Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous  Sea life stamp set, Ranger Yupo White, a lot of Ranger Alcohol inks and Blizzard embossing powder by Seth Apter. 

Cheiron created a mixed media panel with some of her favorite bright Ranger Alcohol Inks on a Ranger Alcohol Ink Hard Core Art Panel. She embellished the panel with a Tim Holtz Sizzix Faceted Heart die, a Quote Chip and a Baseboard Frame. She finished the panel off by spraying Distress Resist Spray and embossing it with Ranger Gold Embossing Powder. 

Emma’s used Sublime, Alchemy, Tranquil and Villainous Alcohol Pearls to create a bright and cheerful background for her canvas panel. She then added a focal point of a butterfly, stamped using Tim Holtz’s Flutter stamp set and placed to gently flutter across the panel.

Kath created a Bright and Cheerful page in her Dylusions Small Creative Journal using Distress Oxide inks with Splotches Mini Layering Stencil, Tim Holtz/Stampers Anonymous Media Marks 1, Blockprint and Sizzix Alphanumeric CutOut Lower Thinlits

Macarena made a botanical card using colorful butterflies from Visible Image Wings of Change set and she placed them in between Tim Holtz Sizzix Large Stems colored with Prima Marketing Metallique Dragonfly Acrylic Paint. She gave a final touch with CZ Design Believe In You stamp. 

Maura loves bright colors, and was inspired by the colors of the Holi Festival in India, to color her elephant from Pink Ink Designs with Daniel Smith Watercolors like Opera Pink and Perinone Orange, on a background made with Finnabair’s Swirly Florals stencil 

Meihsia was inspired to create a mixed media tag using Tim Holtz Etcetera #8 Tag Chipboard and embellished it with Tim Holtz Cling Rubber Stamps 2019 Eclectic Adverts.

Sandra was inspired by the animated series from the 80’s She-Ra the Princess of Power and used the lady from the Fairy Garden mould as her princess and she colored her with Opal Magic Paint Yellow Pink and Rose Gold, and for the brightful colors she used almost all of the Nuvo Shimmer Powders.
