This week we are challenging you to create something with ‘New’ in mind. New crafty goodies, New Home, New Baby, etc

Something New 

This week we are showcasing our very own Simon Says Stamp Exclusive Products. You don’t have to use them to join in, but if you have them we would love to see them used.

This week we are welcoming the lovely Amber Sheaves back into the Designer Spotlight. Amber was with us several months ago and it is a real pleasure to have her with us again!

Amber used the new-to-me Kind Flowers Stamp Set and some Distress Crayons to create this tag for a friend. 

Andrea made notebooks to record some New Year’s resolutions.  She used some of her favorite Simon Says Stamp stamp sets and stencils: Tiny Alphabet Background, Grunge Alphabet, Sparkle and Shine and the Large Moroccan stencil.

Anna-Karin made a gift to a new-born baby, with three adorable Simon Says Stamp Picture Book animals: Elephant, Zebra (turned into a giraffe) and Panda.

Barbara created a card to wish to everyone a New year full of peace and serenity! She used Simon Says Stamp Holly  Fanfare Wafer Dies Making Spirits Bright, Simon Says Stamp Stencil Falling snow, Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous Hipster set and her touch of red with Simon Says Stamp Premium Dye Ink Pad Lipstick Red.

Cathie created a New Year’s Journey shaker card using the Simon Says Stamp adorable Sweet Cat and Gorilla Picture Book dies. The shaker section was created using Simon Says Stamp’s Ring Frame die and Distress Inks.

Emma created a tag to ring in the new year and say hello to 2018! She used Distress Oxide inks on the background and layered the tag with a Paper Doll, the Simon Says Stamp Small Hello and the Mini Globe die.

Kath made a Happy New Year card for a friend who has just moved in to a new home using SSS Stitched Alphabet stamp set, Stitched Slopes and Hills, Village and Stars Parade Dies

Macarena made an ATCs trio for her friend beginning a new life. She used SSS Good Reading Background and a lot of Oils Pastel Crayons by Prima.

Maura also made a trio of ATC’s using Simon Says Stamp’s Grid stencil, Gingham stencil, Game Tile Letters, and Artsy Shapes stamps.

Meihsia was inspired to create a mixed media tag using the new Simon Says Stamp Picture Book Gorilla Wafer Die and added the sentiment with Tim Holtz Cling Rubber Stamps Life Quotes.

Sandra made a card to welcome a new baby boy to the world using Simon Says Stamp Picture Book Koala die with as frame around it the Drip Drop die she distressed using Grit-Paste and Nuvo Mousse in three different colors.

Zoey used Simon Says Clear Stamps BIG WORDS to add a message for this brand new year!
