I completely adore the bright honeycomb paper in the background!!  It’s from the Victoria Park Paper Pack (this pad also has other fun, vibrant papers, too…just in case you wanted to know!).  If you want a layered look like above,  you’ll need the Victoria Park Bag of Bits!  The “What’s Up Buttercup?” sentiment is from the Buttercup stamp set and if you want an embossed white card like this, try Daisy Blast & Paisley Palooza with a Big Shot!  Keep it all together with The Best Glue Ever.
