The kit is beautiful. So disappointed it sold out by 7 AM — was up early just to order it and missed out apparently. I think subscribers should be given an option to include all special edition kits in their subscription. So much marketing build up for the release and then disappointment.

Great kit, but as has been the case int he past, more of these special kits should have been available. Sold out at 7 am central time? Since they are limited edition, I assume you will not get more.

Put it in my cart and when I went to pay for it it was sold out. The limited editions never last long enough to get them. Very disappointing.

Will this be restocked? What does “Limited Edition” mean? Is it just that you have a specific number of kits and when they are gone they are gone? Or, perhaps it is limited to being available to order within a certain timeframe, so that in fairness your customers can order it if they like it? If I have truly lost out on this, it doesn’t make me want to do any future shopping with your company.

It’s frustrating that I just received a blog post for a kit that sold out hours ago.
Super cute kit, but I am soooooo disappointed that is it sold out already. Why!?! I’m not sure why there wouldn’t be more available to begin with.

And, once again, the west coast has no chance at ordering a special kit. This begins to be seriously bad planning on the part of Simon Says Stamp. If people in Central Time Zone can’t get it by 7 a.m. somebody is seriously underestimating the demand for product for the country. I love you guys, but really? This is just downright disappointing.
I was “window shopping” at midnight last night (NZ time) and saw this, went to buy it and it was sold out before this video was even posted :/ i thought maybe it just wasn’t on sale yet, but 6 hours later it’s still sold out, I guess it was very limited.

It appears that Simon Says Stamp needs to do some serious housecleaning! So many disappointed potential customers, and those are just the people who bothered to leave a comment. Another company needs to step up here and take advantage of customers left with no products to purchase. Between complaints of high shipping fees and poor inventory planning, SSS is sliding down the ladder of companies I want to do business with.
Maybe if you offered presales to those of us that get the monthly kit or as someone suggested an option to add special kits to our subscription. This not the first time I have, missed out on a kit.
