What a fun card!
The white stenciled circles with little hearts on top almost look like patterned paper. Love all the layering and that this card is still easily flat enough for mailing.

That would be a good card to send to someone in Minnesota. They are dealing with record setting floods. I wish I had those products now so I could make one up for my daughter (who is lucky enough to be on high ground).
