We are celebrating Winter with our new card kit “Snow Much Thanks”. We’ve included the Simon Says Stamp clear stamp set “Frozen Fractals”, 8 single sided 6×6 custom papers from Authentique, 1 pack of custom snowflake sequins, 1 Tsukineko Delicata custom size white shimmer ink cube, 1 Lawn Fawn Stamp Shammy cleaner cloth, Simon Says Stamp cardstocks in Cotton Candy, NEW Cornflower Blue, and Cream, 1 sheet parchment paper Blue and 1 sheet parchment paper Blue Gray.
I used the snowflakes from the stamp set to white emboss my pattern paper. This is something I forget to do, it’s nice to create a second layer of stamping on printed papers. I split up the greeting to stamp onto white cardstock with Hollyhock ink, and white emboss on the strip of Cotton Candy cardstock.
Debby created a beautiful watercolor around her embossed snowflakes. She also white embossed her greeting onto a circle cut from vellum. She added sequins to finish off her design.
Wanda created a shaker card to hold her snowflake sequins. She stamped her background with the snowflakes from the set, and stamped her “hello” greeting onto a strip of parchment to bring everything together.
I’ve filmed a video of the walkthrough of this kit with additional inspiration. You can view it below or on our YouTube channel HERE.
