Thank you so much for sharing your ideas. A couple I knew about like the smooching, card front and shaker cards, but I didn’t know about using it for the white gelly roll pen or to use it try to figure out where to cut your image. Love these ideas and I’ll be sure use them in the future and to keep an acetate piece cut to a card front size so I’m ready to go. Thanks for sharing these great tips!
Wow, I love the “Crafty Quintet” idea! I always want to find as many uses for a product as possible so this is perfect. Jessica, your ideas are great! I really love our tip for using a piece of acetate for measuring/placement to cut down a design and also for mixing inks on before applying it to your cardstock/paper (definitely genius lol). Thanks SSS and all the bloggers, y’all are all making my starting out in papercrafts/multi-media so much easier and fun. :)
Yippee you showed regular Distress inks. Thank you for still using them and giving me new ideas to play with. I bought the Oxide inks and love them but kind of feel sorry for my regular distress inks just sitting around and not getting used. My ink pads smiled
WOW!! These cards are definitely spectacular and so beautiful!! I love acetate. I just seem to always forgot about the many ways in which you can use it. Thank you for reminding me me! I will be pulling out my acetate and using it!
Thanks for sharing such great tips. I have used acetate for shaker cards but never think to use it for much else. I look forward to your next segment in the series.
I love the idea of this series. I feel like we often focus on stamp sets or coloring techniques, but tools are a little less visible. This is so helpful to see what is useful to buy and how we can stretch our products. I really enjoyed this episode, and I can’t wait to see the future ones!
