Sea You On Your Wedding Day!

Today I’m pleased to bring you some fabulous inspiration by the amazing Donna Mikasa using a stamp set from Altenew and some fun watercoloring techniques!
After watching Tasnim Ahmed in the Online Card Classes Watercolor Class, I was inspired to try her no line coloring technique.
I wanted to make a celebratory wedding card using one of the sentiments in the set, so I stamped the two fishes facing each other. Following Tasnim’s video, I “painted” each fish with water and added two colors of distress inks to the body and let them dry before finishing the tail and fins.
After the entire piece was dry, I stamped the sentiment and added a bit of Wink of Stella to each fish, then finished off with some sequins.
