Rainbow Stamping on Kraft + GIVEAWAY!

Hello, all!

For today’s card, I wanted to do a bit of rainbow stamping on kraft cardstock. I love how the kraft cardstock tones down the the brightness of the colors, allowing the white die cut greeting to pop out!

I used four Simon Says Stamp ink pads for this card: Lipstick Red, Orange Peel, Sunshine, and Green Apple. And stamped one of the stamps from Paper Smooches Potpourri stamp set.

For the greeting, I diecut the Big Hugs die five times out of Neenah 80 lb. Solar White cardstock and then glued them together. After adhering the diecuts to the card, I applied Ranger Glossy Accents to make the word shiny. :)

  1. This card is amazing!!! I’m a huge fan and get a lot of ideas from you!!! And who doesn’t need some color in the day .., would love to win!

  2. Retired on a fixed income and living in a rural community 1-1/2 hours from any shopping, I would love to try the new inks from Simon. Plus who doesn’t love paper? I would most definitely email or upload photos of my finished cards/pages showing how I used the new inks. Love, love, love scrapping and card making! (BTW-I’m hooked on Kristina Werner, Jennifer Mcguire, Shari Carroll, and although she’s not part of the Simon/Hero Arts’ teams, Julie Ebersole. Each lady brings a unique perspective to the paper world.)

  3. I love the way the ink looks on Kraft. The colors are amazing. The new inks and paper from SSS are gorgeous. Thank you for the chance to win.

  4. I love how those colors came out on the kraft cardstock. I wouldn’t have thought to use colors directly on kraft. I’d love to win these pads and paper. Thanks.

  5. I’m loving the look of multicolor stamping and a thick die cut across as the focal point. Lovely card and thank u for the awesome giveaway! Definitely won’t say no to those yummy inks and card stocks.

  6. Really great card. I usually stay away from using such bright colors all together, but I like how the kraft makes the colors a little moodier.
