There is a lot to love from the great sticker books to the cute designs of her papers to the way that the products work beautifully with not just her own line, but past lines and other brands as well. I also love that I can scrapbook, make little daybooks, or make cards and other projects too. Today I’m going to share two projects made just for the Simon blog. First, let’s get out our embroidery template!
I can’t say enough good things about this product – it is so easy to punch the holes (and the kit comes with a needle and threads too!) and you can use it on all kinds of projects. I used mine to make a cute little notebook.
Those sheer letter stickers are a favorite too – they look great layered and you can see patterns through them so they make things extra fun.
Now I’m feeling like getting kind of messy and making a special card. To do this I used a credit card and scraped a thick layer of paint in the middle of a chunk of patterned paper. Then I squished my sticker down in the middle and really pressed so the paint would ooze out of the edges. I love this look!
I then layered and stitched my trimmed piece of patterned paper onto cardstock that had been inked (with dylusions). Wanting even more layering, I layered it onto another chunk of white paper and misted with teal dylusions and water.
