Also, how GORGEOUS is this blend of  Surf Blue, Audrey Blue, and Island Blue to create a night time skyline?! This whole design just really makes me smile! Be sure to watch her video for a step by step and some fun banter. :)

  1. Such a cute card – love how you place the little girl inside the cut out half circle and graded the blue sky inside it. Very inspirational.

  2. Awesome card! I love the Lila’s heart stamp set and the falling stars stamp and Laura combined them in the most beautiful way! The new SSS release is really amazing, I have already made my list-to-buy from it! Thank you for the inspiration.

  3. Beautiful card. I love this Lila’s heart and falling stars stamps. Your coloring of Lila is great. I also love the curly hair cascading down her back. Thanks for sharing.

  4. Oh, how I love this card! So very sweet.
I also loved hearing you talk about hair! LOL! My daughter is nearly 35 (I’m only 37, btw….LOL!) and your talking about hair stuff brought me back to the days of her getting ready for school and me getting ready for work. I’d get the “Mom, can you do a French braid with a fish tail end”? I was terrible at hair but I tried my best…I don’t think she was ever happy with the hair I did…I’d get annoyed…she’d get tearful… Now we laugh about it and she has a daughter with hair like Lila…and it doesn’t always do exactly what her mommy wants it to do! LOL! It’s a little bit satisfying to me! LOL! Thanks for the chuckle and I think I’m glad my daughter grew up pre-Pinterest! HAHA!!!

  5. Love it!! I think that is the cutest stamp set and you showed it off beautifully! Thanks for the ‘smile of the day’ while listening to your running commentary. :D Wouldn’t miss it!

  6. I adore Laura’s work (and her videos, she’s so funny), and this one is no exception! Such an adorable card using the sweet Lila set!

  7. Hi Laura! There was a card in the video? Ha ha. Love the card and love your story telling. You brightened my day. (I’m still laughing from your monkey story from the blog hop!)

  8. So excited. Just saw my name as a winner. thanks
I love this stamp set. The little girl is so cute.
    thanks for sharing.

  9. Such a cute card! I had to re-watch a certain part because I was laughing so hard at Laura talking about being a hair stylist for her girls. I go through the same thing! “You are banned from Pinteret. I’m just a Mom. I can cook dinner.” LOL!! Thanks for making my day start off happy Laura!

  10. I could watch Laura all day long and listen to her stories. This card is awesome just like all of her cards. Thank you, Laura, for being you!

  11. Love, love, love this release! And always enjoy Laura’s videos and her clean style, especially at the beginning of the day with a cup of coffee.

  12. Laura, I love your card and video!! It is beautiful. I am no sure how I would every use this stamp set, but I want it now!!!
