Hi bloggers! Happy Friday to you! Welcome to stop 2 of the Lawnscaping Winter Blog Hop! You should be arriving from the Lawnscaping Challenge Blog! We’re really excited and honored to be part of this fun hop, and trust me there are A LOT more fun stops to come with fun & prizes along the way!

Today, we’re providing some gorgeous inspiration from the always amazing Stephanie Klauck. Isn’t she a gem?

Here’s a little more info on how Stephanie made the card:

I love the lamp post stamps in the ‘Winter In The Park‘ stamp set from Lawn Fawn and knew I wanted to create a card that paired them with the Simon Says Stamp ‘Large Merry Tree‘ stamp. I wanted it to look like the lamp posts were in the distance behind the tree, so I stamped them first (after I had inked up the sky background using Distress Inks) and then I layered some vellum pieces over the bottom of the card to look like snow.

Once I had all the vellum pieces adhered, I clear embossed the tree image onto Simon Says Stamp Green Leaf cardstock and then cut it out. I tucked it into the bottom piece of vellum and adhered it to the card. I decided that the card needed a little more ‘cute’ so I stamped a couple of the birds from the Lawn Fawn ‘Winter Sparrows‘ stamp set, colored them with Copic markers and then cut them out with the coordinating dies.

I added them both to the card front and added some clear wink of stella glitter to the hat and scarf. I also added sparkle to the yellow light area on the lamp posts and I put a dot of Christmas Red stickles on the center of the bows on the lamposts.
