Thanks for reading today, and thanks to Kelly for being our guest!!

  1. Very nice. I really like the technique to create the background. I would never think to use black distress ink to create a background. You have broadened by horizons. Thanks

  2. One of my favorite cards–absolutely love what you ended up with, Kelly! Your heart looks perfect by the time you finished with the sentiment & the flowers are to die for! I haven’t done the background technique in many years & in fact I was trying to remember what was done before covering in black ink–now I can do it! Thanks so much for the wonderful videos & inspiration!

  3. Wow, Love it!! So bright and colourful event though you’ve got all the black. Great videos as well with all your tips.

  4. Love the card and I love that you left in the part with the heart and showed how you fixed it. I was thinking as you were adding more ink to it and then trying to remove ink with the Colorless Blender pen, you could have stamped another heart and put dimensional tape under it and popped it on top of the first heart. You are making me think of ways to fix a mistake!! It’s working :) . Thanks for sharing!!
