    1. Indicates some restrictions apply but does not mention what the restrictions are. I do believe the Kits are not discountable.
      I have a Kit subscription and used a code to get $5 off the purchase of the Spring Window coordinating dies to save on postage since cannot add items to pkg before kit ships but have been told they are looking into doing something.
