Blog Candy Alert!! Follow our blog via email and comment on this post for a chance to win special blog candy!

  1. This is such a sweet card. The ‘bubbles’ and sequins look awesome behind the mermaid and the movement makes it so fun. Well done Jess!

  2. Really neat idea. I have never thought of suspending some of the parts of a shaker and leaving others free and loose. Beautiful results.

  3. WOW – WONDERFUL interactive card!
Thank you for the tutorial and inspiration :)
PS – I LOVE interactive cards so much that I have to keep “testing” them before giving them … sometimes I worry that I will wear them out but it’s too much FUN to resist …

  4. So cute! Love the background you smooshed together! I think my granddaughter would love doing that with me, and as most nine-year-old girls, she loves mermaids, fairies and the like. And who doesn’t love a shaker card, regardless of age?! Thanks for sharing, Jess! I want to try this!
