Honoring the Brave
Hi readers! Happy 4th of July! If you’re reading as a US citizen, we’re celebrating our day of Independence and I’d like to say on behalf of the entire Simon Says Stamp Team, we are very grateful to each and everyone that has served in every shape and form! In this spirit, we asked the always fantastic Laura Bassen to make a card for us to showcase with this theme, and this is what she came up with! A combination of embossing paste, From Us stamp set, Diagonal stripe stencil, and of course the Falling Stars stencil!
Don’t forget to watch the video (& sing along ;))! Enjoy!

Happy Independence Day, everybody!
I love this card, Laura, and may have to case it to make my Veterans’ Day cards this year. All I’d have to do is change the sentiment. I come a family with a proud history of military service. Two years ago my father was awarded the Bronze Star for his WWII service. He was one of the first members of the 82nd Airborne. In addition I have 5 brothers who have served or are still serving in the Armed Forces plus 4 nephews and counting. Thank you for creating such a beautiful card to honor our Military!
Great card Laura..super to hear a bit of Neil Diamond too!
