Hi bloggers! Happy Sunday to you!!  I’m pleased to bring you a bright, cheery, & dimensional card from our pal and fantastic designer, Lucy Abrams! She even explains how to make one for yourself!

Enjoy!

For this card, I was inspired by the beautiful My Mind’s Eye papers in the August Card Kit. I knew as soon as I saw them that I wanted to layer them and create something feminine and pretty. To create my card, I simply die cut lots of butterflies using the cute Chrissy Butterfly Die, layered them up, and tied them together with some twine. I created a sentiment with stamps from Simon’s ‘Happy’ clear stamp set – I love that there are so many possibilities with this little set of stamps! I adhered the butterflies with foam adhesive, then separated out the wings. Such a girly card!
