Hi readers! Happy Tuesday! Please welcome back the talented and fun Laura Bassen to our blog! In case you missed it, we had a NEW Simon Says Stamp Exclusive collection released last week called, Reason to Smile! It’s full of FRESH spring designs including these Spring Flowers and Friendship Blooms stamp sets that Laura used to make this fabulous card! She used our clear embossing powder and then blended on some beautiful spring ink colors. To add a little sparkle she finished the card off with some clear Moonshine sequins!

Don’t forget to watch the video and enjoy!

  1. Very beautiful card. Loving the colors and in all honesty, it is refreshing to see you stay true to yourself when it came time to choose colors. Thank you for sharing. ~Mari~

  2. Oh Laura, please don’t worry about the bright colors… it is perfect for someone who has just been diagnosed with cancer… *trust me*. This would be wonderful to get in the mail with warm wishes written in it letting them know that you are thinking of them, and that after even the worst winters there is always a spring. That’s what I keep telling myself anyway ;-) Beautiful card, even if you procrastinated. You must work really well under pressure!

  3. GORGEOUS card and FABULOUS video Laura!!!
THANK YOU for sharing – you always inspire me and make me smile :)

  4. beautiful card. Especially heart touching to me today. I live in Kalamazoo Michigan and so many folks here can use hugs and prayers.

  5. Love, love, love this card. It would have been a bright spot in my day if I had received this in the mail when I was having treatments. I am ordering that stamp.
