DIY: Homemade Coloring Book for Kids!

Hi friends! We hope you are doing well and staying safe during these uneasy times. If you are like many of us, you may have your kiddos home with you. Sometimes we could all use some fresh DIY (Do it Yourself) ideas to keep them occupied and we thought this would be a fun idea to share; use products from your stash to make a coloring book!

We asked one of our amazing resident designers, Shari Carroll, to give us some tips and tricks, and as a BONUS she even showed us the process and got her sweet granddaughter Melody involved! They stamped out images from our Hello Easter stamp set, and started coloring right away! Be sure to watch the video for more info, and enjoy!

  1. Shari she is such a sweet girl… love how well you work together! My girls are in Pennsylvania so they would have to go in the mail, but a great idea. Thanks for this lovely video and stay safe and healthy, both of you!

  2. I so enjoyed watching the interaction of you both. Your granddaughter was so helpful. She’s a natural and you should have her more often on your videos!

  3. Loved that your granddaughter helped you in stamping Easter cards! Cute idea making a folder to hold stamped cards! Happy Easter! ???

  4. Thanks so much for the inspiration! I made three sets – two for my grandchildren and one for a the granddaughter of a friend. Today I’ll make the folders and send them on their way!

  5. Wonderful Post! Thank you for sharing this amazing homemade coloring book for kids. I think it will inspire them to care about their study and learning. I also believe that book reading habits can help to make a child more unique. Recently I found more information here https://samplius.com/free-essay-examples/what-makes-me-a-unique-person/ where they beautifully explain what makes us a unique person. So I think every student should follow these principles to make themselves a unique and important person. Best wishes to you all.
