What a super post! I love learning new techniques. I’d never even heard of transfer paste so am especially thankful for your introduction to that! Gorgeous cards – all of them!
Oh my goodness, there are so many great ideas here. Thanks so much for sharing these techniques to help us stretch our stencils. I’d never tried that foiling technique and it’s definitely a must try!
Wow! You’ve really inspired me to take another look at some of my stencils. Love the look of the blue glitter gel and the hologram sparkle embossing powder on dark backgrounds. And I’ve always loved the rainbow foil but was never sure what to do with it until now. Thanks!
I defe itely need to use my stencils more! Thanks for all the inspiration! I was also wondering which adhesive spray you use for the back of hour stenvols?
Wow, I think that these cards are an amazing representation of all the potential stencils can have. Your cards are stunning. I love the blue on the black and I have never tried transfer gel, need to add this to my must try list, as the butterflies look incredible! Thanks for opening my eyes to the many (more) ways I can use my stencils!
Beautiful cards! I love using stencils! I’ve been hesitant to put removable adhesive on my stencils because I wasn’t sure how they would store. I currently use plastic storage pockets for my stencils so if I put removable adhesive on my stencils could I still store them the same way? Wouldn’t the adhesive stick to the inside of the pocket? How do you store stencils with adhesive on them? Thanks for sharing!
Hi Lindsey! I also have mine stored in the plastic pockets. Since it’s repositionable adhesive it’s not too sticky and easily releases from the plastic when I want to remove a stencil!
This is a definite video to bookmark for me. I love using stencils and I’m always looking for new ways to use them. Thanks Jessica. Great ideas and gorgeous cards!
Love these cards! I especially like the one with the blue shimmer paste on the black paper. I just happened to buy blue paste recently and can’t wait to use it like you did on my next card! Thank you for your great ideas!
