Color Coordinates: Summertime FUN!

I’m really enjoying Summer and I created a Color Coordinates card reflecting a bright, happy combination of color. I pulled out some Simon Says Stamp cardstocks and Nested Circle dies to create a bold background.
The Simon Says Stamp Nested Circle dies can be used in a variety of ways. For this card I created wonky rings by off setting smaller circles inside the large ones and die cut them together. I used the smaller leftover circles on the base of the card as my first layer and to spread some color around.
Once I had the background put together, I die cut Simon Says Stamp “SummerTime” and the Everette letters “FUN” in white and black for contrast.
I think this card idea would be great to do with kids while they’re off for summer, or even as an invitation for a cookout or birthday parties. I’ve filmed a video showing how to make this card. You can view it below or on our YouTube channel HERE.
