Today I tried out a little bit of weaving with strips of cardstock that I stamped on. Did you weave pieces of paper together when you were a child in school, too? :) This makes me think of the projects we created and put on the wall outside our classroom.

Anyhow, I thought it would be a fun way to utilize a background stamp. Mine went a bit wonky near the bottom of the card, so when you create yours, be sure to watch carefully as you adhere the final weaving pieces together. :)

As for the stamping, I used the Floral Dot background stamp and the Sending You Love stamp set from Hero Arts. I kept everything very monochromatic by using yellow ink on yellow paper and blue ink on blue paper.
