Art Journaling with Shari Carroll: Studio Katia Love Tag
Happy July, everyone! I’m continuing my tag journal using the Tim Holtz Framed Tag Thinlits as my base. I’m creating my tag today with Studio Katia stamps with coordinating die. This Sunflower image was the perfect size to use as the focal point for the tag since it’s designed for a 3″x6″m slimline card.
I’ve used Tim Holtz watercolor pencils to color my stamped image in different ways. I also used the Studio Katia LOVE die under the sunflower image. This is an example of using items or writing in the background that is obscured yet decorative. That’s the fun part of art journaling. Make it your own!
