Oh, this has to be one of my favorites!!! Thanks for sharing. You make it look so easy, but you work beautifully. and methodically.
Have a blessed day.
Laura, thanks for passing on this delightful technique. This is made for those of us who love to use up the scraps! Your card is delightful–so colorful. Your video tutorial shows the best way to work with all of these strips–so thanks! Stay well.
Love this card but is a “labor of love” for sure. I save all my white strips and made a basket weave as a background and then put some pretty flowers on it. Outstanding!
Absolutely love this. Gonna have to give this a try. Would be a great card for many occasions — or, yes, to hang on the wall. Thanks, too, for the heads up about the artist you admire.
I love this. All these happy colors make me smile. Wow, lots of time goes into it. I’d love to try to make it into a piece of framed art work. Love all you do, Laura. Great inspiration!
I love it. I saw this earlier on a post and thought it looked like you.. then surprise.. it is.. Awesome idea and I can see why you’d love it. I do too. Thanks
We can always count on you for something with lots of dimension and really colorful. This is so charming and would be great for a masculine card as well. Love using those accumulating paper scraps for this!
I absolutely love this! Of course, you make it look super easy, so it will for sure take me a few tries before I get it right. I will definitely be trying this because I am one of those people that can’t stomach throwing away the scrap pieces of paper!
Hi, LB / SSS – The very best thing that any stamp / die / embellishment company can do is get LB to make a video using its supplies. She is a wonder – YOU’RE AWESOME, LAURA. I know LB will probably never see this b/c it’s on the SSS blog and not her “LF” page, but I’m writing a comment anyway. I love this card and I love to hear Laura’s wandering commentary. It gives me life the way dimension gives her life.
