Altenew Crafty Friends Blog Hop + Giveaway!

Altenew blog hop

Hello Crafty Friends!!! Welcome to the Altenew Crafty Friends Blog Hop! I’ve created a couple mini cards using the Gratitude stamp set where I’ve gold embossed the images and used watercolors to fill in with color. These are great to create in batches for the Thanksgiving table.

Altenew, Shari Carroll

Have fun with your watercolors and allow them to seep into the grooves of the embossed image. You can’t go wrong!

Shari Carroll, Altenew

I’ve filmed a video of how I created these little placards which you can view below or on our YouTube channel HERE.

  5. Why is it that we find something that would have been perfect, after we could have used it. My daughter and I make the name tags for the participants in PA’s Flaming Foliage Festival in Renovo, PA. These would have been perfect for last weekend.

  6. Such a beautiful card. Thanks for the video too!

ok, I also have to ask- my mom named me Shari, after Shari Lewis with Lambchop, waaaay back in the day. I have a neighbor with the same name, for the same reason. You are only the 3rd person I have seen spell Shari this way. Just curious :) Praying you are recovering well!

  7. Love these place holder cards! Give me some great inspiration for my Thanksgiving table. Thanks for sharing.

  8. Wow! I am in love with your card! The gold embossing and the watercolored leaves look like a stained glass window. Thanks for the inspiration!

  9. Love these place cards and the way you colored in the leaves, they almost look like stained glass. Altenew gratitude stamps are a must for fall. Thanks for sharing!
