Simon Says: Take Note

This week we are challenging you to create a notebook, alter a notebook, use notepaper etc.

Stacy was inspired to create a card using a couple of Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous newly released stamp sets,  Entomology and Theories both of which contain wonderfully written word stamps.

Andrea made a nifty notebook using some of her all-time favorite products: Donna Downey’s Dandelion Pods stencil, Kaisercraft’s Lattice die, and Impression Obsession’s The Journey stamp.

 

Anna-Karin thought that it was time for a scrapbooking layout again, and since she loves notebook and ledger paper, she used lots of it. Most of the paper comes from Kaisercraft Documented paper pad. The layout was embellished with stamping, for instance, using the Simon Says Stamp Thank You Teacher set.

Barbara created a  vintage tag using as a background a wonderful  stamp by Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous School Desk CMS057. She completed her project with  new Distress oxides, Tim Holtz Sizzix Side-order ValentineTim Holtz Idea-ology Photobooth Vintage Photos .

Cathie created a quick and easy notebook out of the Tim Holtz Dapper Paper Stash Collection. The cover is decorated with Tim Holtz Botanical and Collector Layers and Snippets Ephemera.

Emma used the Sizzix Journal Die by Eileen Hull to create a vintage style notebook. She used papers from Tim Holtz’s Correspondence Paper Stash to decorate the front and the inside of the journal and added idea-ology embellishments which included a Quote Chip, Vignette Frame and Ephemera Snippets to complete the project.

Kath gave a plain black notebook a make-over using Tim Holtz Wldflowers, Entomology and Label Frames stamp sets, Distress Resist Spray and colours from the new release of Distress Oxide Inks

 

Macarena found an old note book and gave it a new vintage life using Simon Says Stamp Good Reading stamp and placed her composition on pieces of Tim Holtz Crowded Attic papers colored with Distress Oxides and Paper Artsy Infusions.

Maura made a masculine Valentine’s card using Simon Says Stamp’s Notebook Edge and Sketch Heart dies, along with Seth Apter’s Drip Drop die.

Meihsia created a mixed media card with a note that was stamped with Tim Holtz Cling Stamp Mini Motivation and die cut with Simon Says Stamp Notebook Edges Wafer Die.

Sandra made a notepad with some of the products out of the fabulous Simon Says Stamp February Card kit like Tim Holtz Gridlock folder, the Simon Says Stamp Crafty Friend stamp set and Simon Says Stamp Crafty Tacky Glue

Zoey used a variety of Tim Holtz’s products to create this mini junk notebook – she used Paper Dolls for the front cover and Tim Holtz Idea-ology Halloween Paperie for the pages
