It is Suman’s last week with us in the Designer Spotlight and we would like to say a huge thank you for all of your fabulous creations over the past weeks, it has been  a real pleasure having you along with us!

Suman made a fabulous star shaped ornament using Prima Iron Orchid Clay, a Vintage Art Decor Mould and Lindy’s Stamp Gang Mad Hatter Mint Starburst Spray.

Andrea loves making gift notebooks for the holidays and these two have a star theme.  She used Dina Wakley’s Funky Faces and Scribbly Circles stamp sets, along with one of her favorite Sizzix dies: Tim Holtz’s Artful Dwellings.

Anna-Karin made a little wall-hanger this week, which can even hang in a Christmas tree. The base is a Tim Holtz Christmas Baseboard, and the stars are die cut Dimensional Stars and Mirrored Stars. In the background, she used Simon Says Stamp Stacked Stars.

Barbara made a winter tag using Tim Holtz Sizzix Dimensional Stars,  for her background Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous Sparkles and  Tim Holtz Sizzix Festive Greens. She added a lot of Distress Dry Glitter Clear Rock Candy to give a frosty look!

Cathie created a Christmas Snow Scene using the Tim Holtz Scribbly Christmas stamp set. She added beautiful flowers from the Layered Tattered Poinsettia stamp and embossing set and the snow was created using Ranger Grit Paste.

Emma chose to use one of her favourite dies, Candlelight by Tim Holtz to create a piece of home decor for Christmas. She surrounded the die cut candles with Holiday and Festive Greens and added them to a textured background of Grit Paste applied through the Starry Layering Stencil.

Kath added lots of shiny stars to her card using Tim Holtz Starry Layering Stencil with the Brushed Pewter Metallic Distress Crayon, a sparkly Christmas Deco Sheet and Tim Holtz/Sizzix Home For The Holidays and Retro Merry Christmas Thinlits

Lols made a Christmas Canvas to decorate her home. She started by covering the canvas with some crumpled Tissue Wrap and then used Distress Oxide Inks and a sprinkling of Gold Embossing Powder for the background. She used a  Tim Holtz Stacked Stars Die, Simon’s Artsy Shapes and Stars Adornments for the starry details.

Macarena  made a masculine shaker card using for the background the Simon Says Stamp Mosaic Star die and some shades of Tim Holtz Distress Oxides to get this rich deep blue color. The texture was made using Prima Marketing Stone Effect Paste with a touch of Prima Mystic Turquoise Wax.

Maura made a couple of shiny ATC’s, using Simon Says Stamp’s Holy Stars die, Simon’s Large Moroccan stencil, Prima Marketing Sparks Fairy Winds and Mermaid Sparkle paints.

Meihsia was inspired to create a mixed media tag using Tim Holtz Cling Rubber Stamp Christmas Nostalgia and added some sentiments with Idea-Ology Christmas Remnant Rubs.

Sandra went for a night sky with her card, using Nuvo Mousse Aquamarine in the back with Infusions on top, and the star of the card is the Dimensional Star die.

Zoey used Tim Holtz Layering Stencil MERRY CHRISTMAS and Tim Holtz Mini Stencil Set 31 to create this Christmas Card

So now it’s YOUR turn to get out your inks, paints and all things arty and start creating! We are looking forward to seeing what you make!
