Paper Rose: Love You
Happy Friday!! It’s Shari here with a clean and simple card using Paper Rose Ella’s Garden Stamp and die sets. I’ve used pink and greens to move my cardmaking into Spring.
The Ella’s Garden dies coordinate with the stamp set and are unique in that they have additional flowers to use. There are outline flowers nestled inside the die needed to cut out the stamp image.

I used the stamps to color the flowers then stacked up the outline die on top for a clean and simple modern feel. I gently inked the background with Tim Holtz Distress Twisted Citron ink though the Paper Rose Leaves stencil.

I hope you enjoy your day and find time to create something beautiful! Enjoy.

Throwback Thursday – Fabulous Projects You Might Have Missed!

Welcome to another edition of Throwback Thursday—a trip back in time! For each throwback, we’ll be spotlighting fantastic cards and projects using products from previous releases. The new stuff is always SO fun, but think about all of those great products you’ve collected and set aside. They are STILL AWESOME! And we want to inspire you with fantastic inspiration from our creative archives.
A new exclusive Simon brand release is just around the corner, but today we’d like to take a look back at a collection that made its appearance last year. You might remember some pretty spectacular products from our Fresh Bloom collection. Below you’ll find four inspiring cards created with goodies from this cheery release!
First off is this adorably sweet card by Lea Lawson:

This way-too-cute-for-words card is good enough to eat in gorgeous shades of cotton candy clouds! Lea’s beautiful background looks perfect with the cute stamps from the Bunny Wishes stamp set that was part of our Fresh Bloom release. You can see Lea’s original post HERE where she shares details about her process.

Next, let’s throw it back to this beautiful design by Bibi Cameron:

Bibi’s breathtaking card design and matching envelope came together with the help of the stunning Blossoming stamp set. She points out in her blog post that not only does the set include the commanding flowering tree, but it also includes sweet birdies and gorgeous sentiments for encouragement. Bibi shared this card HERE on her blog.

And let’s not forget this colorful and graphic card designed by Barb Engler:

The Fresh Bloom release included the Geometric Pattern Builder stamp set—a 6×8 set with four Art Deco-inspired geometric patterns that can be interlocked or used solo. Barb heat embossed one of the stamps several times and colored with Zig markers for a pretty rainbow effect. You can see Barb’s original Instagram post HERE.

And finally this vibrant spring floral card by Vicky Papaioannou:

The Pretty Peonies background stamp might be one of my very favorites EVER, and Vicky’s design does not disappoint! You can check out her original blog post HERE and see how she created this card and four others using the same background stamp on her YouTube channel HERE.
