Crafty with Caly: Ocean SHELL-Fie!
Hi friends! Happy Wednesday and welcome to the latest edition of Crafty with Caly! We’re so excited to welcome Caly Person as our special bi-monthly guest with this gorgeous Lawn Fawn card! Read on, and be sure to watch the video for more info! Enjoy!

Hi, Friends! I’m excited to share a fun card with you today using the Lawn Fawn Magic Iris Camera Pull-Tab dies. The Ocean Shell-fie set was designed to go well with this die but I’ve seen so many wonderful projects and the cards have been so creative!

I’ve created a video to share the process with you! There are lots of moving parts and elements so it’s easier to describe as you watch, if that’s what you prefer!

I stamped, colored and die-cut my images using Copic markers and then set them aside to put together my camera.
Copics colors used:
Blues: B00, B01, B02
Yellows: Y11, Y13, Y38
Browns: E40, E42
Purples: [V20, V22, V25], [V01, V12, V15, V09]
Cheeks: E93
Pinks: RV10, RV11, RV13, RV17, RV19
Grays: C1, C3, C5
Greens: YGG06, YG09
Teals: BG10, BG11, BG13

For the camera, I used various Simon Says Stamp cardstock. I wanted it to blend in with the ocean background and chose Mint and Audrey Blue. In order to create the interactive element to my card, I also used the Magic Iris Camera Pull-Tab Add-On as well as the Let’s Toast Pull Tab Add-On dies.

Once all my parts were adhered together, I worked on the background. I ink-blended Mermaid Lagoon Distress Oxide Ink for the background and used Antique Linen and Vintage Photo for the ocean floor – which I die-cut from the Lawn Fawn Stitched Hillside Border die.

The finished project is embellished with all of my colored images and it creates such a fun, interactive card! I hope you enjoyed this! Thanks so much for stopping by today! ~Caly

Studio Monday with Nina-Marie: Slimline Triple Shaker!

Hello crafty friends, it’s Nina-Marie Trapani here with you today and I have a slimline shaker card tutorial for you!

I’m showcasing the adorable, Picture Perfect Party Animals stamp set from My Favorite Things. The series of cute critters are fun to use on their own, but they are even more spectacular when paired together onto a slimline card!

I stepped my slimline card design up even further by turning each critter square into its own little shaker! The confetti inside each square really makes you feel like these characters are having a party!
Want to see how I made this colorful birthday shaker? Watch the video below for all the details!
