Photo Collage Card featuring our SOLD OUT June 2025 Card Kit!
Hi friends! Happy Thursday! Oh my goodness, we’re so delighted you loved our June 2025 Captured Joy kit so much that it’s already SOLD OUT! If you’ve secured a kit, this post should serve as some great inspiration! If you missed the kit, we do have some of the individual components still available!
Hello! The newest card kit is full of vintage fun – and I adore the cute little photo frames! While they would be perfect for a personalized card by tucking a photo behind them, they are also so pretty to layer up and collage with the different elements in the kit!
For this card, I started by heat embossing both sizes of the photo frames in gold on some of the pattern paper in the kit. I added some pattern paper behind them, and fussy cut a couple butterflies from more of the pattern paper to add to each one. I added those with liquid glue just in the center, leaving the wings to float free. I also stamped a couple of one the washi tape images with Clay ink, and added those at the top of each one.
I chose some background paper, and used some of the cute rub-ons directly onto the polka dotted pattern paper from the kit. I rounded a couple corners of that panel, adhered with foam adhesive to my white cardbase (with the same two corners rounded off), then tucked my photo frames on front with more foam adhesive. I stamped the sentiments with black ink, then die cut the larger one, and trimmed the other one into a rectangle, and added those over top.
Finished off with just a few Dazzling Gems in Sprout for a bit of sparkle and shine!
