Monochromatic Holiday Card Idea: EZ with CZ

Hi friends! Happy Sunday! Isn’t this simple monochromatic card by Cathy Zielske so sweet? Be sure to read on and watch the video for all the details on how you can make your own!

Hello everyone it’s Cathy Zielske back with another installment of EZ with CZ! Today I’m sharing a very simple way to take any little fan of greenery and create a simple holiday card.

My new Winter Wishes stamp set comes with so many fun leaf stamps and I thought it would be fun to create a simple, monochromatic gathering and top it with a minimal greeting for the holidays. I love the Simon Says Stamp Pawsitively Saturated inks in Aspen, Sage and Pine (all included in this cubes bundle!). I think they make for such an elegant, sophisticated look for any greenery. The Winter Wishes coordinating dies make them so simple to cut out, as well.
Here is my tutorial showing you how I created the card:

Sweet Lawn Fawn Holiday Card Idea
Hi friends! Happy Saturday! Please join me in welcoming back special guest Audrey Tokach with this adorable holiday card design showcasing some brand new released Lawn Fawn products! Read on to learn more and enjoy!

Hello friends, Audrey here! Today I have a fun winter themed card to share with you using some of the newest products from Lawn Fawn! To create my card, I started out by doing some hot foiling with my Spellbinders Glimmer Hot Foil machine. I used Hammermill Smooth card stock, along with the Spellbinders Glimmer Matte Silver foil and the Lawn Fawn Starry Sky Background Hot Foil plate to create my snowy sky. I used blending brushes along with Distress Ink in Faded Jeans and Chipped Sapphire to add some color to the sky.
Then, I die cut the Lawn Fawn Giant Let it Snow sentiment from Bluejay card stock. For added dimension without foam tape, I cut it three times and stacked them together using liquid glue. The adorable pooch and tiny snowglobe are from our newest Lawn Fawn release. I perched the Little Snowglobe: Dog on a snowy hill, and placed the Snowglobe, from the same set, in place of the letter “O” in the sentiment. For some more interest in the background, I added a scattering of Lawn Fawn Mini Snowflakes, and added some silver gems to the center of the largest snowflakes. My finishing touches included some white gel pen accents, some puffy snow in the Snowglobe using Nuvo Drops, and a tiny bit of Stardust Stickles to give the snowman some sparkle. Finally, I popped the panel up on an A2 card base using foam tape.
