Stenciled Fall Pumpkins featuring our October 2025 Card Kit!
Hello everyone! Heather Hoffman here today, and I’m feeling all the fun fall feelings with the newest and appropriately named October 2025 Card Kit: Fall Vibes! Keep reading to learn more about how I created this card:
I started this card off with the stunning Pumpkin Patch layering stencil set. The possibilities and color combos are endless with this one, and one of my favorite things about cardmaking, is that you can create things in any color your heart desires! I blended these with two color tones for each pumpkin stencil layer, using the lightest shade for all over color with a large brush, and the deeper shade with a smaller brush to add some depth to the centers of each pumpkin. I used Artichoke and Kale, Fairy and Plum, Zest and Honey, then Woodsy for the stems. I trimmed the panel down to a perfect A2 size using A2 Rectangles dies, then added some blending around the edges with Latte ink to create a more vintage feel. I also added some gold splatters using a Zig Starry Colors watercolor palette, a bit of water, and a paint brush, then set that aside to dry thoroughly.
Next up, I chose a sentiment from the A2 Grid Basics stamp set, and heat embossed it on a strip of vellum using Antique Gold embossing powder – that color did a good job of keeping with the vintage feel and theme! I also die cut a white circle using one of the small Basic Circles dies to tuck behind the sentiment to help it pop from the busy background, but without covering too much of those lovely pumpkins! Before I added that to my card however, I used a white gel pen to add some details and accents to the pumpkins. I added a little line accent to each stem, and then went a little crazy with the dots – I love the whimsical feel it added to the design!
Once the white gel pen details were finished, I wrapped the vellum around the panel and adhered it in the back, tucking the white circle in place directly behind the sentiment. I then adhered that entire panel to my white cardbase, and adhered one of the Tim Holtz photo frames in the kit around the sentiment to make it pop! A few Gold Dazzling Gems, and a loopy bow created with Vivant Rose Gold cord finish this card off!

Make an Autumn Arrangement! | Let’s Get Crafty with Caly!
Hi everyone! It’s Caly Person here today!
I’ve made a card using products from the latest October 2025 Card Kit – Fall Vibes! I combined the products with a few older things to make an Autumn Arrangement and I hope you like it!

I ink-blended the Pumpkin Patch Stencils with pinks and yellow and stamped the Thank You Text words over it for subtle texture.
To give the card additional texture, I matted the stenciled panel on top of an embossed panel using the Modern Loop Embossing Folder. The sentiment is from the A2 Grid Basics stamp set.
I added a white scalloped frame before finishing the card with an Autumn Arrangement. Be sure to check out the full video to see it come together! Thanks so much for visiting today!

Quarry Tote with the Tim Holtz Purple Palette Fabrics by Richele Christensen!

Hello friends! Palette Purple by Tim Holtz for FreeSpirit Fabrics is so beautiful! I’ve been dreaming of creating with the purple fabric ever since it arrived a few months ago. Our project today is the Quarry Tote by Noodlehead Patterns. This project goes together quickly and will be so useful for holding all the things, I can’t wait to use it! The Palette Purple Ephemera is the main fabric and the lining is the Purple Wallpaper. There are so many gorgeous fabrics to choose from and they’re available now in the Simon Says Stamp Store.
- Cut all the pieces out and iron the interfacing to the back of the fabrics as noted in the instructions.
- Add zipper, front pocket and sew the main panels together for the outside.
- Sew the side seams then pin the bottom to the main fabric. Snip around the bottom to make it easier to sew the curve. This works like a charm.
- Sew the bottom to the main panels going slowly and lining up the edges as you go. Attach the handles. I like to top stitch the leather handles for a more polished look.
- Sew the mesh pocket to the lining.
- Repeat steps 3 and 4 for the lining pieces.
- Place the main piece inside the lining right sides together and stitch along the top edge. Be sure to have the zipper for the pocket open for turning. Turn the tote rights sides out through the pocket. Turn under the pocket bottom and sew closed.
- Topstitch along the top edge. And you’re finished and ready to use your little Quarry Tote.
- I added a snap closure at the top then covered the back of the snap with a little piece from the Collage fabric for a little label. It’s all in the details!
