Send some LOVE to your Pals! Galentine’s Friends SLIDER!
Hi friends! Happy Tuesday! This card is just TOO cute and seasonably appropriate we wanted to share it again– in case you missed it! Send something sweet to your gal pals!

It’s Shari Carroll here to show you how I used the Girlfriend’s stamp set to make this Galentine’s slider card! I’ve used the Simon Says Stamp You’re My Gal stamps to reveal a funny message when the sweet ladies are pulled up. The Simon Says Stamp Slider Plate two-rail die helps you to create larger slider pieces on your cards.

Make a Valentine for a CRAFTY friend: Yippee for Yana

Hi friends! Please join me in welcoming back the oh-so-talented and amazing Yana Smakula! (Please note: our dear friend Yana is Ukrainian. To show support to our brothers and sisters in Ukraine, please see Yana’s post HERE.)

Hello, crafters, this is Yana Smakula for Simon Says Stamp! Welcome back for another Yippee For Yana video!
With Valentine’s Day not too far away I decided to create a card for a crafty friend. This video shows a non-traditional crafty Valentine’s Day card. I am using older supplies from Simon Says Stamp to stamp this card, and hopefully you already have these in your stash. If not, they are still available in the store.

I started by planning a sentiment and picked one that reads “Love You Like Craft Supplies” from CZ Love You Like stamp set. Isn’t it brilliant? Next, I needed to find an image of a craft supply and I spotted one in the Hand Crafted with Love stamp set. Bingo! With my sentiment planned, next I wanted to have a colorful background for my card. I used the Retro Tiles background stamp and stamped it in various colors of ink (Cantaulope, Peachy, Melon, Grapefruit, Citrine) with the help of Simon’s A2 Stencil Masks.

To continue the colorful theme of this card, I used yellow cardstock for the card base. It is so unexpected! You open the card and you see happy cheerful yellow on the inside! Plus, there’s a funny message: “And that’s a whole lot!”.

My card came together in no time! Be sure to watch my video tutorial for the detailed how-to! Have fun stamping! -Yana
