Tim Holtz always has a new tool up his sleeve… we spotted these awesome, new Haberdashery scissors Tim has created with Tonic Studios! These new titanium blades are perfect for many things, including fabric! They come in 5″ and 6″ sizes.

Distress Oxide Blending & February 2019 Card Kit!

Hello all! Kristina here with some more inspiration for the February 2019 card kit! I thought some smooth blended color with images from the Love Always stamp set included in the kit would make a great Valentine’s Day (or general love) card!

I started out by ink blending three colors of Distress Oxide Ink: Spun Sugar, Abandoned Coral, and Aged Mahogany. After the ink blending was dry, I stamped the large greeting and heart images in VersaMark ink. White embossing powder was applied, the excess shaken off, and then heat set until melted.

To finish of the main area of the card, I wrapped some of the embroidery floss from the kit around the blended panel, and then adhered it to a card base using foam adhesive.
