Simona made a Tag inspired by green Ireland, using Tim Holtz rubber stamps ‘Dapper’ and ‘On the Farm’, Tim Holtz Layering Stencil ‘Mosaic’ , Distress Grit Paste Opaque , Distress Oxide ink Twisted Citron, Distress Oxide Spray Mowed Lawn and Distress Spray Stain Rustic Wilderness

Andrea made a lucky clover tag using two die sets from Elizabeth Crafts: Bloom File Folder for the tag shape and Floral Slots File Folder for the tab at the top. She also incorporated Tim Holtz’s Multi Collage Eclectic Elements Palette fabric and used a 3/4″ EK Success circle punch to add some circular cut-out’s.

Anna-Karin made an art journal page using lots of bright spring green watercolor paint. The cute scene was stamped with Simon Says Stamp Hoppy Spring, from the new Beautiful Moments release. The page was done in Stamperia’s Happiness Mixed Media Journal 4×8.5.

Barbara created two different tags, both inspired by St. Patrick’s Day. She used various stamps and stencils by Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous: Brush Arch and mini set 59, Tim Holtz Curiosity Shop Stamps with Simon Says Stamp Dies Bundle. For coloring, she used several Ranger Ink Distress Spritz and Mica stains. The bunny in the center is from the Sizzix Vault Hippity Hop Thinlits Dies 666562.

Cheiron created a fun St. Patrick’s Day shaker card using the Simon Says Stamp CZ Design Clover Shaker wafer dies. She filled the inside of her shaker with Rocky Candy Chunky Distress Glitter that she colored with Ranger Limeade Alcohol Ink. She finished her card with a die cut sentiment from the Clover Shaker Sentiments stamps and dies.

Emma was thinking ahead to St. Patrick’s Day and used a combination of stamps, dies and idea-ology products from Tim Holtz. She layered an Etcetera Tag over an Etcetera Facade before creating the focal point using the Tailored Die Set over the top of a colour wheel cut from the Vault Picture Show die. She completed the project with a couple of lucky four leaf clovers stamped and die cut with the Curiosity Shop Bundle.

Kath created a St Patrick’s Day card using Simon Says Stamp Falling Shamrocks Stencil, Tim Holtz/Stampers Anonymous The Professor and Curiosity Shop stamp sets and Simon Says Stamp The Professor Suite and Curiosity Shop co-ordinating dies and added a pint of Guinness using Tim Holtz/Sizzix Happy Hour Thinlits.

Macarena can’t wait some warmer days so she’s made a very summer card using Simon Says Stamp Monstera Wafer die as a focal point and covered the leaves with several layers of green shades of Tim Holtz Distress St. Patrick’s Mica Stain Bundle.

Maura took the opportuity this week to make some St. Patrick’s Day cards for one of her favorite holidays. She used the Simon Says Stamp Sketched Clover stamps, for her focal image and text, then Canson Watercolor paper, Daniel Smith watercolors, and watercolor brushes to create her background.

Meihsia was inspired to create a tag using Tracy Evans Boutique Designs Background Elements A7 Clear Stamps te11 and Tracy Evans Boutique Designs Create Your Own Story A5 Clear Stamps on the background, and decorated it with Tim Holtz idea-ology MACHINERY HEADS.

Zoey used Tim Holtz The Professor and The Professor 2 Stamps with Simon Says Stamp Dies Bundle as her main focus of her tag. She also used Distress ink and distress oxide ink for her background. The cloves are from Curiosity Shop

So now it’s YOUR turn to get out your inks, paints and all things arty and start creating! We are looking forward to seeing what you make!

This week we’re welcoming back the lovely Simona Rebecchi into the Designer Spotlight. If you haven’t visited her blog before then you are in for a real treat!

Simona made a card using a Tracy Evans Grungs Stencil and Background Elements Stamp to make the background. For the main focus she used a Tracy Evans Insect Stamp Set and Tim Holtz Countdown Dies.

Andrea made a tag using Tracy Evans’ Quirky Birds stamp set. She created her background by painting, scribbling, and stamping images from Tim Holtz’s Halftone & Rings and Floral Elements stamp sets. The tag is cut using AALL & Create’s Tag It Yourself die set.

Anna-Karin‘s Tracy Evans stamps are still on their way, so instead she used one of Tracy’s older designs, the AALL & Create Flower Press stamp. The background was made with the Simon Says Stamp Scattered Leaves stencil set, from the new Beautiful Moments release. The sentiment comes from Simon Says Stamp Printmaking Clovers set.

Barbara created a card using a stamp set from Tracy Evans Boutique Designs, One of a Kind. For the background, she used various inks from Simon Says Stamp, Pawsitively Saturated Ink Cubes, a stencil from Tim Holtz’s Mini Set 22, and a Stampers Anonymous Note Quotes CMS 463 stamp.

Cheiron created a background with Distress Paints and Collage Paper. She added Distress Opaque Crackle Texture Paste through the Tracy Evans Distressed Background Snippet stencil. She finished the card with a floral image and sentiment from the Tim Holtz Abstract Florals stamps.

Kath created a page in her Stamperia Stone Paper A5 Mixed Media Journal using Tracy Evans Boutique Designs Artsy Alpha and Numbers and Background Elements A7 stamps, Daisy Daisy 6″ x 6″ Stencil, Distress Grit Paste Opaque and Simon Says Stamp EZ Strips XL Reverse Basics for the page title.

Macarena went a bit wild with the Tim Holtz Mica Stains and made a messy background with lots of layers of colors. Before she heat embossed Tracy Evans Boutique Designs Art Backdrop stamp. Then she covered a part of the tag with an acetate stamped with Tim Holtz Specimen butterfly stamp.

Maura was inspired by a book she listened to , to created two bookmark tags to give as gifts. She used Tracy Evans Feathered Friends stamps, Tracy Evans Grunge stencil, Tracy Evans Creative Spark stamps, and Tracy Evans Numerical Cats stamps.

Meihsia was inspired to create a mixed media tag using Tracy Evans Boutique Designs Background Elements A7 Clear Stamps te11 and Tracy Evans Boutique Designs Create Your Own Story A5 Clear Stamps on the background and decorated it with Tim Holtz idea-ology Salvaged Hearts.

So now it’s YOUR turn to get out your inks, paints and all things arty and start creating! We are looking forward to seeing what you make!
