Hi all and welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge

Thank you for joining us for the Stencil It Challenge and we hope you will all join us again this week too.

This week we are challenging you to

RED WHITE and/or BLUE

It will be Independence Day here in the United States tomorrow, there will be huge processions, Stars and Stripes flying, fireworks and generally lots of people having fun! We would love for you to join in the party by creating something using one or all of the red/white/blue colours. We will be looking forward to seeing whatever colour/s you choose to use!

This week we are showcasing some fabulous Sizzix Products. Sizzix produce a huge range of Die Cut Machines, Craft Dies, Embossing Folders and so much more, you don’t have to use them to join in but if you have them we would love to see them used!

We are welcoming back Beulah Bee into the Designer Spotlight, you may remember she was with us last year and it is such a pleasure to have her joining us again! :-)

Beulah Bee  used her Big Shot and a Sizzix Roses Texture Fades Embossing Folder to create a background for this Idea-ology Paper Doll dressed in red, white and blue.

Andrea made a patriotic tag using the Sizzix Tag Collection die set and the Sizzix Star Cluster die.

Anna-Karin made a blue and white butterfly card using the Sizzix Butterfly Fold Its die set by Stephanie Barnard. She also used the new Sizzix Brite-Ons shimmery sheets and Foil Adhesive Sheets.

As in past years Barbara has dedicated the theme of this week to her American friends, creating for them a panel with this wonderful Sizzix die, Paper Doll by idea-ology, Distress oxides and Ranger Texture paste opaque crackle.

Cathie used Sizzix Crescent Moon & Stars, Dimensional Stars and Thin Sentiment Words to create her 4th of July wall hanging.

Emma used a variety of Sizzix dies including Dimensional StarsStitched Ovals, Scrolls and the Deco Alpha Die to create a panel in celebration of Independence Day and to wish all of her American friends, a very Happy 4th July!

Kath decorated a chipboard panel to wish her American crafty friends a Happy 4th of July using Sizzix Bird Crazy and Crazy Things Framelits and Alphanumeric Thinlits.

Lols made a cocktail recipe box in preparation for all of the 4th July parties! I used a Sizzix Big Shot Plus to die cut a Recipe Box and used Fired Brick and Faded Jeans Distress Oxide inks to colour the background before white embossing a script design over the top. She used a Simon’s Exclusive Adult Beverages stamp set and Cheers Die to decorate. Let the party begin!

Macarena made a bright Blue tag with a splash of vibrant Red using her favorite Bigz dies as Ornate Frame #2 and Caged Bird and she built the sentiment with Word Play die.

Maura made a giant Red, White and Blue tag using the Tim Holtz Sizzix Cityscape Suburbia and Commute dies, along with Pink Paislee’s Sweet Freedom paper pack.

Meihsia created a tag this week using Tim Holtz Sizzix Tag Die and stenciled the background with Tim Holtz Layering Stencil Harlequin and Mini Stencil Set 3.

Sandra went for a masculine card and used the Dapper stamp along with Magnolia Jane stamp set and her new toy tool the Tag Press

Zoey used Tim Holtz Sizzix Die TAG & BOOKPLATES Movers And Shapers and Tim Holtz Sizzix SCROLL Bigz Die to create this TAG and Distress Paint to color it

So now it’s YOUR turn to get out your red, white and blue inks, paints and all things arty and start creating! We are looking forward to seeing what you make!
