This week we are welcoming the fabulous and super talented Suman Pandit aka Just Like that, Aesthetics In Art and Design into the Designer Spotlight. If you haven’t visited her blog before you really should pop over for a browse, her creations are awesome!
Suman made a beautiful Thank You card using Tim Holtz layering stencils, Distress Ink in Picked Raspberry, Mustard Seed and Evergreen Bough. Shimmer and shine was added with Tim Holtz glitter Rock Candy.
Anna-Karin made a glorious fall leaves wreath this week. The IndigoBlu Tasty Textures set was perfect for stamping textures on lots of different leaves. The leaves and branches were die cut with Tim Holtz Sizzix Fall Foliage Thinlits set.
Emma created an Etcetera Tag to celebrate her favourite season, Autumn and used Indigoblu Mega Flakes to cover her die cut Layered Leaf. She added Clippings Stickers to tell the story and a Christmas Paper Doll to complete the tag.
Kath made a Be Thankful Card to celebrate Autumn, using Indigo Blu Cross Hatching stamp to create interest in the background, Tim Holtz/Stampers Anonymous Leaf Prints and Indigo Blu Flitterglu and Mega Flakes to add some gilded sparkle on the background and sentiment
Macarena gave a second attempt to ATCs making ever and made a set of two using Indigoblu Cross Hatching stamp as a background. She added Prima Metallique Acrylic Paint and mixed it with Modeling Paste applying through Mini Specimenns TCW stencil. The main words were cut with SSS Thanks die.
Meihsia was inspired to make a mixed media tag using IndigoBlu Dinkie Ink Splat Butterfly Cling Stamp on the background, and decorated it with the leaves using Tim Holtz Sizzix Fall Foliage Thinlits Die.
Sandra made a thankful card in not the tradional fall colors and used the Simon Says Stamp Thankful die and on top of the feathers she use Perfect Pearls Mint with VersaMark and Indigo Blu French Script stamp
Zoey used Indigoblu WINTER DAWN MEGAFLAKE Gilding Flakes 989885* and IndigoBlu Cling Stamp RUGGED EDGE Rubber IND0141PC to create this Gratitude themed tag
