Hi all and welcome to another week on the\u00a0Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge<\/a><\/p>\n

Stencil It\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n

There are so many fabulous stencils available right now and there are so many techniques you can use with them. It is fun to ink, spray or use embossing paste, lots of options and the end result is always a little bit unpredictable. It is a fabulous way to create your own backgrounds, or the designs can be the focus of attention. Of course you can always create your own stencils, whatever you decide to do we will be looking forward to seeing what you create!<\/span><\/p>\n

This is Anne’s <\/a>last week with us in the Designer Spotlight and we would like to say a huge thank you for all of your projects over the past month. It has been a real pleasure having you along with us!<\/p>\n

Anne\u00a0<\/a>\u00a0has used several Tim Holtz Stencils and Dies, an Etcetera tag and Tim’s wonderful Sealife stamp set to create an underwater scene.<\/span><\/p>\n

Andrea<\/a>\u00a0upcycled her Pink Paislee C’EST LA VIE notebook<\/a>\u00a0(and made a matching bookmark) with new Prima Impasto paint (Jade<\/a> and Green Apple<\/a>) and a fabulous Donna Downey Dandelion Pods stencil<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Anna-Karin<\/a> hadn’t stamped with stencils for a while and had fun stamping a background on this art journal page, using Dina Wakley’s Fractured Circles<\/a> stencil. She also used the Alphabetic stencil <\/a>together with texture paste<\/a>, on the tag.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Barbara<\/a> used a lot of Tim Holtz’s stencils<\/a> to create a colorful trio of \u00a0Motivation <\/a>tags! Circle Collage Background by Wendy Vecchi<\/a>, Sizzix Wildflowers<\/a>\u00a0 and Paper Dolls by Tim Holtz <\/a>to complete her \u00a0project!<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Cathie<\/a><\/a>\u00a0got out her Dylusions Paints<\/a> and created a card using Tim Holtz Mini Stencil Set #8<\/a> and #27<\/a> for her background.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Emma<\/a>\u00a0used one of favourite Tim Holtz Layering stencils, Mosaic<\/a>\u00a0to create her own background paper for her vintage style layout. She added extra stencilling by applying Grit Paste<\/a> through the Grid Dot Stencil<\/a> and used the Flutter Stamp set<\/a>\u00a0to create butterflies as a finishing touch.<\/p>\n

Kath<\/a>\u00a0looked out her Dylusions Journal<\/a> and had lots of fun with Distress Oxide inks<\/a>, SimonSaysStamp Circular Lace<\/a> and Tim Holtz Idea-ology Mini Layering stencils from Sets 7<\/a>, 25<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a028<\/a><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Lols\u00a0<\/a>decided to decorate another page in her Dylusions Creative Dyary <\/a>and used Floral<\/a>, Burlap<\/a>, Cargo<\/a> and Dot Fade<\/a>\u00a0Layering Stencils to create a fun background for her fun Cat<\/a> and Doodle Bloom<\/a> page.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Macarena<\/a>\u00a0made a stenciled and textured birthday card using Tim Holtz Leafy Stencil<\/a> and Metallique Paints by Prima. She made a second panel using Distress Oxide Walnut Stain Ink and Tim Holtz Type Lower Alphabet<\/a> stamp.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Maura<\/a> used Simon Says Stamp’s Circular Lace<\/a> and The Crafter’s Workshop Mini Live Love Laugh<\/a> stencils in her Dylusions Art Journal <\/a>.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Meihsia<\/a> made a tag with stenciled background using Tim Holtz Layering Stencil Roses<\/a> and Sakura Koi Watercolors<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Sandra<\/a> had fun with Distress Oxides<\/a> and a few stencils like Slate<\/a> and Stripes<\/a> along with the Joyful Garden<\/a> stamp from Prima
\n\"\"<\/p>\n

Zoey<\/a> used a bunch of Tim Holtz Layering Stencil<\/a> and Distress Paint<\/a> to add some texture to this tag<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n
