We have all had a lot of fun making things for this challenge! What is better than taking a lovely vacation! While we were crafting we were all dreaming of sunbaked beaches and hammocks hung on palm trees!<\/p>\n

Anne\u00a0<\/a>loves nothing more than a vacation by the sea!\u00a0 She created this beach scene using Tim Holtz Tiny Houses Bigz Die<\/a>, Vignette Tray\u00a0<\/a><\/span>and\u00a0Typography Findings<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Andrea<\/a>\u00a0thinks the best vacations involve staying in a serene spot with hot chocolate and a good book. \u00a0She used TCW’s Mini Onion Skin stencil<\/a> and some new Summertime Sweetness Washi tape<\/a> by Simple Stories to bring her collage to life.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Anna-Karin<\/a> made a travel memory game with a transportation theme for her youngest son, using Tim Holtz Sizzix Cityscape Commute<\/a> dies and Tim’s\u00a0ZigZag stamp<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Barbara<\/a> has interpreted literally the title and has taken a vacation from ….. paper, creating some steampunk jewelry with the new Assemblage collection by Tim Holtz<\/a>. To complete her work she also used Idea-ology Sprocket gears<\/a> and Idea-ology keys Adornments Findings<\/a><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Cathie<\/a>\u00a0created a wall hanging of her favorite vacation place. She used several colors of Distress Inks<\/a> to create the beach scene along with the Tim Holtz Surf Shack<\/a>\u00a0and Alphanumeric<\/a> die sets.<\/p>\n

Emma<\/a>\u00a0altered an old notebook and created a travel journal ready for stories of new adventures. She created 3D blooms using the Tropical Thinlits die<\/a> and layered them over rolled maps made from paper in the Memoranda Stash<\/a>. To complete the cover, she added Typography Findings<\/a> and a plane from the Souvenir Adornments<\/a> set.<\/p>\n

Kath\u00a0<\/a>created a Mini Suitcase Album for a Dapper Gent to take on vacation using Ranger Kraft Card<\/a>, Tim Holtz Idea-ology Dapper Stash Pad<\/a> and Sizzix\/Tim Holtz Dapper BigZ Die<\/a><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Lols<\/a> decided that it was time to update her passport holder and also made a coordinating luggage tag. Grungepaper<\/a>\u00a0was the perfect choice of product for this project and she added more texture using a Gridlock Embossing Folder.<\/a>\u00a0She is now all ready for her next vacation, although it probably won’t be to the moon!<\/p>\n

Macarena<\/a>\u00a0sees taking a vacation as an escape from the city where she can leave her everyday life and see the world. She made a card about this using Tim Holtz\/Sizzix Cityscape Skyline<\/a> and Globe <\/a>dies. For her background she heat embossed SSS Grid Background stamp<\/a> and colored with Distress Oxides<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Maura<\/a> has camped her entire life in a tent, so she had to make a tag about a camping vacation. She pieced together a cute tiny trailer (just dreaming) with the Stampendous Tiny Trailer stamp<\/a> and Crate Paper’s Oasis pack<\/a>, then finished it off with some pretty fibers and a Tim Holtz Assemblage Journey charm<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Meihsia<\/a> was inspired to created a mixed media card using Tim Holtz Rubber Stamp Explore Dream Discover<\/a> and decorated with Prima Marketing Steampunk Gears<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Sandra<\/a> had fun creating a city trip inspired art journal spread using Cityskape Skyline<\/a>, Bird Branch<\/a>, Globe<\/a> and Word Play<\/a> dies, along with lots of Infusions<\/a> and Grit Paste<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Zoey<\/a> used Distress Paint<\/a>\u00a0, Distress Spray<\/a> , Distress Ink<\/a> to create this art journal page about a solo vacation<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n
