We are welcoming the lovely and super talented Dr Sonia aka Cards Crafts, Kids Projects<\/a> \u00a0into the Designer Spotlight this week! If you haven’t visited her blog you are in for a real treat!<\/p>\n

Sonia<\/a>\u00a0live in\u00a0the bustling metropolitan city of Bangalore in India and whenever her family gets a chance they love to escape into ” the Great Outdoors” which in their case is to go to the jungles nearby. She made a gorgeous trunk\u00a0using Graphic 45 ‘s Safari Adventure collection<\/a> and within it are cards to hold photos and snippets of details about their jungle holidays! Sonia used dies by Spellbinders, such as the Curved Matting Basics<\/a>, Elegant Ovals<\/a> and Basic Ovals<\/a>, as well as Lifestyle Crafts Nesting Circles<\/a>\u00a0to embellish each journaling card and add various themed elements.<\/p>\n

Andrea<\/a>\u00a0often loses things in the great outdoors, so she made a paper wallet to help keep things safely stashed. \u00a0She decorated it with Paper Artsy images: a tree from EKD02<\/a>, color wheels from EEA03<\/a> and some quotes from EEG18<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Anna-Karin<\/a> made a journal page this week using Paper Artsy’s\u00a0Eclectica3 ELB22<\/a> set by Lin Brown. The background was coloured with various Infusions Colored Stains<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Barbara<\/a> has created a cosmic \u00a0outdoors using with Paper Artsy SETH APTER 02 ECLECTICA3,<\/a> Paper Artsy SETH APTER 01 ECLECTICA3 <\/a>, a lot of Paper Artsy Fresco paints<\/a> and \u00a0Paper Artsy Infusions<\/a>\u00a0and Seth Apter’s dies <\/a>to realize her space flowers.<\/p>\n

Cathie<\/a>\u00a0created an outdoor garden using PaperArtsy stamps Jofy 32<\/a>, 33<\/a>\u00a0and 45<\/a> along with several colors of Fresco Finish paints<\/a> and Infusions pigment powders<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Emma<\/a>\u00a0created a framed panel<\/a> and loved\u00a0the effects that\u00a0PaperArtsy Infusions<\/a>\u00a0gave\u00a0to her textured background when combined with Grit Paste<\/a>\u00a0and her favourite stamp from the Flower Garden set.<\/a><\/p>\n

Kath<\/a>\u00a0created a card for a friend who loves being outdoors pottering around in her garden using PaperArtsy Infusions<\/a>, Eclectica 3\u00a0ELB31<\/a> and ELB34<\/a> Stamps and Stencils PS001<\/a> and PS044<\/a>\u00a0designed by Lin Brown<\/p>\n

Macarena <\/a>made an\u00a0Art Journal pages with love for birdsongs she admire and can listen all the time. She used almost all the Infusions<\/a> to give th color to the background, Tarrered Florals<\/a> and (un)Caged Birds<\/a>. For the bottom of the pages she used Jofy Mini 46<\/a> and 13<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Maura<\/a> was inspired by gardens and growing plants and outdoor adventures. She worked in earthy colors using Seth Apter’s Paper Artsy Limited Edition Paint Set 1 <\/a>and Set 2<\/a>, as well as Seth’s Eclectica3 stamp set ESA01<\/a>, along with Paper Artsy’s Everything Art 02 stamp set<\/a> and Lin Brown’s stencil<\/a> from Paper Artsy.<\/p>\n

Meihsia<\/a> created a mixed media tag using Paper Artsy Fresco Chalk Acrylic Paints<\/a>\u00a0for coloring, and Tim Holtz Sizzix Die Bird Silhouette<\/a>\u00a0to decorate the tag.<\/p>\n

Sandra<\/a> found that it was about time to make another art journal spread, it has been ages, and used her favorite Paper Artsy <\/a>product:\u00a0Infusions<\/a>.\u00a0Like\u00a0A Bit Jaded<\/a>, Black Currant<\/a>, Sunset Beach<\/a>, The Sage<\/a> and Slime<\/a>.

Zoey<\/a>\u00a0used Paper Artsy Ellen Vargo 05 Eclectica3<\/a> and Paper Artsy Ellen Vargo 06 Eclectica3 Rubber Cling stamp<\/a> and Distress Oxide<\/a> to create this Flower Girl Tag<\/p>\n
