It\u2019s Simona’s <\/a>last week with us in the Designer Spotlight and we would like to say a huge thank you for all of your creations over the past month. It has been a real pleasure to have you along with us :-)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Simona<\/a> made 2 Tags experimenting with various embossing techniques using Mini Distress Embossing ink<\/a>, Ranger ‘Clear’ Embossing Powder<\/a>, Distress Embossing Glaze Salvaged Patina<\/a>, Tim Holtz Sizzix 3D Texture Fades Embossing folder ‘Numbered’<\/a> and 3D Impresslits cut and emboss folder ‘Winged’<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Andrea<\/a> did some heat embossing on her card (using embossing pens<\/a>, a heating tool<\/a> and black embossing powder<\/a>) to make certain elements pop. She used Seth Apter’s Paper Cutz Die Set<\/a> and his Twisters Die Set<\/a> for the focal elements. The card is a tag folded in half that was cut from Simon Says Stamp’s Luggage Tag Die Set<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Anna-Karin<\/a> made an Easter card with a white embossed background. The intricate background stamp is from Tim Holtz Rosette and Floret<\/a>. The background was misted with Distress Spray Mists and Twisted Citron Distress Spritz.<\/a> The sentiment is die cut with Simon Says Stamp Bouncy Happy Easter. <\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Barbara<\/a> chose a spring palette to create two tags! For the backgrounds, she chose the Tim Holtz Sizzix ROSES Embossing Folder<\/a> and the Deco Feather stencil by Stampers Anonymous<\/a>. To complete the Easter tag, she chose a small bunny from the Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous Clear Stamps and Stencils Spring Shadows, Gingham, and Dotted Line set<\/a>, adding texture with Ranger Ink embossing powder, Vintage Pearl<\/a>. For the spring tag, she chose a little bird from the Sizzix Silhouette Birds Thinlits Dies.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Cheiron<\/a> created a sparkly Thank You card using Simon Says Stamp Assorted Holographic<\/a> cardstock and the Shimmering Starfall <\/a>Embossing Folder. She finshed her card with the CZ Design Thank You <\/a>wafter die as a sentiment and added a few die cut stars from the Stars <\/a>dies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Emma<\/a> used the Sizzix Botanical 3D Embossing Folder by Tim Holtz <\/a>to create the background on a Stampers Anonymous Etcetera Facade<\/a>, which is layered onto a Mini Etcetera Tag<\/a>. For the focal point of her project she stamped, watercolored and then die cut Mr Rabbit using the Tim Holtz\/Simon Says Stamp die and stamp bundle<\/a> before adding die cut foliage and florals<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kath<\/a> used Simon Says Stamp Confetti Butterflies Embossing Folder<\/a> to create the background, Sizzix Studio Wild Blooms Clear Stamp Set<\/a> coloured with Tim Holtz\/Ranger Distress Embossing Glazes<\/a>, Tim Holtz\/Sizzix Handwritten Love Thinlits<\/a> and Idea-ology Sentiments Label Stickers<\/a> for the sentiment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Macarena<\/a> used Tim Holtz Sizzix Numbered 3D Texture Fades Embossing Folder<\/a> and applied Tim Holtz Flip Top Black Soot Distress Paint<\/a> to make the texture pop. The stitched heart is made with Tim Holtz Sizzix Lovestruck Colorize die.<\/a> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maura<\/a> made a fluffle of bunny cards using the Simon Says Stamp Fresh Daisies Embossing Folder,<\/a> Tim Holtz’s Mr. Rabbit stamps<\/a>, and Simon Says Stamp Hoppy Days Ahead stamps.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meihsia<\/a> was inspired to create an Easter card using CZ Design Clear Stamps Easter Grid cz3102c Beautiful Moments<\/a> on the background, colored it with Copic SKETCH 72 PC SET B Markers<\/a> and heat embossed the images with Gina K Designs FINE DETAIL CLEAR Embossing Powder<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
