It\u2019s Carrie’s<\/a> last week with us in the Designer Spotlight and we would like to say a huge thank you for all of your creations over the past month. It has been a real pleasure to have you along with us :-)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Carrie<\/a><\/u> created three adorable tags! She stated by embossing each tag with embossing folders by Sizzix<\/a><\/u> and Tim Holtz Alterations<\/a><\/u>. Tim Holtz Ranger Distress Oxides<\/a><\/u> were blended on and highlighted with white ink. Ranger Tim Holtz Alcohol Inks<\/a><\/u> were used to create the fun paper that was then cut by Tim Holz<\/a><\/u> dies along with the adorable Simon Says Stamp Boop<\/a><\/u> die creating each tag\u2019s unique look and feel. We think she nailed it!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Andrea<\/a> made a tag with funky edges thanks to AALL & Create’s Intricatags Die Set<\/a>. She used Studio Light’s Postage Madness<\/a> patterned paper and created patterns of her own with stencils: Dina Wakley’s Dotted Tape<\/a> and Creative Expression’s Starburst<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anna-Karin<\/a> made a tag with a textured crackle background and a watercolored flower. The flower was stamped with Tim Holtz Embroidery set<\/a> and die cut with the Simon Says Stamp coordinating Embroidery dies.<\/a> The sentiment was stamped with Simon Says Stamp Create stamp set<\/a> and die cut with the Create die set.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Barbara<\/a> created a tag using a lot of Tim Holtz Idea-ology products: Halloween Transparencies<\/a>, Halloween Ephemera Pack<\/a>, Halloween Layers and Paper Dolls<\/a>. She used Ranger Texture Paste Opaque<\/a>, Ranger Texture Paste Crypt<\/a>, Mica Flakes<\/a> and various Embossing Glaze<\/a> to create texture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kath<\/a> created a fun spooky Halloween tag shaped card using Tim Holtz\/Stampers Anonymous Moon Layering Masks<\/a>, Distress Oxide inks<\/a> and the sentiment from Tim Holtz\/Stampers Anonymous Halloween Whatnots<\/a>. She used Simon Says Stamp Windswept Leaves<\/a>, Fruitful Berries<\/a> and Stack O’ Pumpkins<\/a> dies, Tim Holtz\/Sizzix Vault Wicked<\/a> Thinlits and Idea-ology Mummy Cloth<\/a> to decorate the tag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Macarena<\/a> encourages you to write your own story with her Tim Holtz Sizzix Framed Tag die <\/a>and the background made with Paper Artsy Seth Apter Printed Tissue PT06<\/a>. She made the composition with Simon Says Stamp Mushroom Stems die<\/a> and Tim Holtz Sizzix Feathered Friends die<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Maura<\/a> let her imagination loose with this tag! She used Dina Wakley’s Mixed Media Tag, stencils like Simon Says Stamp In the Round stenci<\/a>l, Daniel Smith Watercolors, including Permanent Orange<\/a>, and Phthalo Turquoise<\/a>, and added a fun Tim Holtz Optic Frame<\/a> embellishment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meihsia<\/a> was inspired to create a mixed media tag using Simon Says Clear Stamps Spooky Sweets<\/a> on the background, colored it with Copic SKETCH 72 PC SET C Markers<\/a> and decorated it with Tim Holtz idea-ology CLiPPiNGS Sticker Book<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Zoey<\/a> used Distress Oxide Spray Ink and Distress Spray Stain to make her background. She also used Tim Holtz Layering Stencil Crossed<\/a> with Ranger Texture paste<\/a> to add a bit of interest to the background.
As embellishments she used Tim Holtz Sizzix mini detailed butterflies Thinlits Die<\/a> and some Ideaology stickers.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n
