Hi all and welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thank you for joining us for the 4 Legged Friends Challenge and we hope you will all join us again this week too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can you believe that this challenge has been going for 14 years! The time has flown by hasn\u2019t it! We would like to say a huge thank you to all of our fellow crafters who have joined us over the years and we hope you will continue to join us. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As it\u2019s the first Monday of the month we are showcasing a brand\/company. This week we are all using our very own Simon Says Stamp Exclusive Products<\/a>. You don\u2019t have to use them to join in with the challenge but if you have them we would love to see them used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As it’s our birthday the lovely folks over at Simon Says Stamp<\/a> have generously increased the prize this week to a FABULOUS $50 voucher to shop at the  Simon Says Stamp Store! <\/a>All you have to do is take out your crafty supplies, make something following this week\u2019s prompt, and add a link in the Inlinkz at the bottom of this post! This week we\u2019re welcoming back the lovely Carrie Swift aka redfire_studios<\/a> into the Designer Spotlight. If you haven’t visited her blog before then you are in for a real treat!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Carrie<\/a> created a fun birthday tag using a Simon Says Stamp\u2019s \u201cYou Shine\u201d Clear Stamp Set<\/a> to help celebrate the challenge’s 14th birthday! A Tim Holtz<\/a> tag was adorned with stamped butterflies, Watercolors<\/a>, Tim Holtz Distress Ink<\/a>, and some Seaglass Sequins<\/a> to create this fun and festive tag. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Andrea<\/a> made a birthday tag using Simon Says Stamp’s Label Tags die set<\/a>, Circle Loops dies<\/a> and Scattered Stars stencil<\/a>. She also used the beautiful loopy script from Simon’s Beautiful Bouquet stamp set<\/a> to create patterns on her tag. She used Simon’s Wild and Free Flowers stamp set<\/a> for the birthday sentiment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anna-Karin <\/a>made a birthday page in her art journal. To create the words, she used the Simon Says Stamp You stamp set<\/a> and the coordinating You die<\/a> from the Cheering for You release<\/a>. The Simon Says Stamp Mix and Match Circles stencil <\/a>was used on the background, which was also stamped with the Old Letter Background stamp.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Barbara<\/a> created a birthday card using the exclusive Simon Says Says Samp Abstract Florals Wafer Dies sss479<\/a> that perfectly matches the Stamp set Abstract Florals by Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous.<\/a> She used a subtle color palette, slightly different from her favorite. She added a sparkling touch with the Worn Lipstick Distress Spritz.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cheiron<\/a> is sending Birthday Hugs. She created a card using Simon Says Stamp Monstera Stencil<\/a> and did her ink blending with Tim Holtz Distress Oxide<\/a> Inks. She placed her cutout leaf onto the Simon Says Stamp Pinpoint Circle<\/a> Background and added a sentiment using the CZ Design Scripty Hugs.<\/a> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kath<\/a> created a birthday card using  Simon Says Stamp<\/a> Divine Peony<\/a> and Birthday Wishes<\/a> Dies, Old Letter <\/a>background stamp and Circular Lace Stencil<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lols <\/a> made a birthday card using Simon Says Stamp Happy Wishes<\/a> and Balloons Die Sets<\/a>. She used a Tim Holtz 3d Numbered Texture Fade Embossing Folder<\/a>, colored with Lost Shadow Distress Ink<\/a> and splattered with Dylusions Postbox Red<\/a>, Fresh Lime<\/a> and Black Marble <\/a>Ink Sprays. She added a Reverse Birthday Sentiment <\/a>to finish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Macarena<\/a> made a colorful Birthday card for a girl using Simon Says Stamp Nested Domed Arched<\/a> and Tropical Leaf Bunch dies<\/a> and added a lovely sentiment from Simon Says Stamp Music<\/a> set. Tim Holtz Sizzix Oliver<\/a> feels quite comfy in here. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maura<\/a> went into summer mode for her celebration card by using watermelon colors. She used Simon Says Stamp Etched Greetings Cle4ar Stamp Set<\/a>, Doll Pink Cardstock<\/a>, Rainbow Splash Lime Cardstock<\/a>, and added the 14 with a Tim Holtz Number Token.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meihsia<\/a> was inspired to create a mixed media tag using Simon Says Clear Stamps Once Upon a Dream<\/a> the background, and colored it with Copic SKETCH 72 PC SET D Markers<\/a> and Zig Clean Color 30 COLOR SET A Real Brush<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zoey<\/a> used Tim Holtz Abstract Florals Stamps with Simon Says Stamp Dies Bundle<\/a> and Distress Reinkers <\/a>to make her background. The beautiful “happy birthday” stamp set is from Beachcombing<\/a> stamp set.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
