It\u2019s Rox’s<\/a> last week with us in the Designer Spotlight and we would like to say a huge thank you for all of your creations over the past 2 months. It has been a real pleasure to have you along with us :-)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rox<\/a>  made a card using Tim Holtz Urban Chic<\/a> and WaterColor Cling Stamps<\/a>. She embroidered 3 kisses to the stamped heart and machine stitched a row of red cotton through the hearts at the bottom of the card. She blended Worn Lipstick Distress Ink<\/a> and spritzed with water. She framed with black cardstock and machine stitched the border and finished with a ‘Love’ Sticker<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Andrea<\/a> made a heart-themed card using two new wonderfully quirky die sets from AALL & Create: Numberama<\/a> and Heartnook<\/a>. She added some text from Tim Holtz’s Sideshow<\/a> and Seasonal Scribbles<\/a> stamp sets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anna-Karin <\/a>made a tag with many hearts. Tim Holtz Hearts stencil<\/a> was combined with Distress Opaque Crackle Paste <\/a>for the hearts in the background. The larger hearts were die cut from Clearly For Art Modeling Film<\/a> using the Simon Says Stamp Folding Heart & Window die<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Barbara<\/a> made a Valentine’s tag using Tim Holtz Sizzix Vault Lovebirds Thinlits Dies<\/a>. For the background, she chose Tim Holtz Sizzix Tree Rings 3D Texture Fades Embossing Folder<\/a> painted with Ranger Ink Scorched Timber Distress Spray Stain<\/a>. To create the red hearts she cut Simon Says Stamp Woodgrain Cardst<\/a>oc<\/a>k White<\/a> and painted them with Ranger Ink Lumberjack Plaid Distress Ink pad.<\/a> The sentiment is from Stampers Anonymous stamp set Tiny Text<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Emma<\/a> is feeling the love in the air and created a Size 8 Stampers Anonymous Etcetera Tag<\/a>. She combined Tim Holtz\/Sizzix dies, and layered the 3D heart from the Vault Rosettes Thinlit set<\/a> over the top of the Heartbeat, from the Heartbeat die set<\/a>. Her heart is wrapped in rusty wire and placed over the top of the background embossed using the Damask 3D Texture Fade<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

She also made a tiny heart charm using the 3D heart from the Vault Rosette Set<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Kath<\/a> used Tim Holtz\/Stampers Anonymous Ticking and Grain<\/a> with Mini Layering Stencils from Sets 6<\/a> and 8<\/a>, Tim Holtz\/Sizzix True Love Colorize<\/a>, Vault Hippity Hop<\/a>, Vault Funky Floral Wreath<\/a> and Alphanumeric Shadow Lower <\/a>Thinlits to create a Valentine’s Day card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lols<\/a> made a card using a Tim Holtz Bunny Stitch Die Set<\/a>. She spritzed Picked Raspberr<\/a>y and Lost Shadow Distress Oxide Inks<\/a> onto Distress Watercolor Cardstock<\/a> and then used Texture Paste<\/a> and a Simon Says Stamp Hearts and Stars Stencil<\/a> to add the design and then sprinkled with Hero Arts Earth Safe Glitter<\/a>. She added a heart garland and finished with a sentiment<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Macarena<\/a> made a layered card with a smaller heart from Tim Holtz Sizzix Lovestruck Colorize<\/a> dies. She place it inside Simon Says Stamp Nested Domed Arches<\/a> dies and on top of a composition made of Darkroom Doors Lots of Labels<\/a> stamped and fussycut. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Maura<\/a> created an art journal page using Stamping Bella’s Tiny Townie Wonderland Playing Card Guard<\/a>, Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous Mini Crazy Cats and Dogs,<\/a> and watercolors like Daniel Smith’s Quinacridone Coral.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Meihsia<\/a> was inspired to create a mixed media tag using Stamperia Orchgids and Cats Paper<\/a> on the background, and decorated it with Simon Says Stamp Kissing Booth Wafer Dies<\/a> and Tim Holtz Idea-ology Locks and Keys Adornments<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zoey<\/a> used Distress Spray Stain<\/a> + Distress Oxide Spray<\/a> for her background. She also used Sizzix Bold Text 2 <\/a>and Sizzix Vault Funky Florals<\/a> to decorate it!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
