Hi all and welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thank you for joining us for the Christmas Challenge and we hope you will all join us again this week too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This week we are challenging you to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ADD SOME TEXTURE <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As it\u2019s the first Monday of the month we are showcasing a brand\/company. This week we are all using some fabulous products from Katzelkraft<\/a>. You don\u2019t have to use them to join in with the challenge but if you have them we would love to see them used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The lovely folks over at Simon Says Stamp<\/a> are generously giving away a FABULOUS $25 voucher to shop at the  Simon Says Stamp Store! <\/a>All you have to do is take out your crafty supplies, make something following this week\u2019s prompt, and add a link in the Inlinkz at the bottom of this post! This week we\u2019re welcoming 2 fabulous designers into the spotlight! Teresa York<\/a> and Gitta Roolf <\/a>. If you haven’t visited their sites on instagram before then you are in for a real treat!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Teresa <\/a>used a Stampers Anonymous Medium Etcetera Tag<\/a> as the base for her whimsical scene. She used Katzelkraft Les Branches<\/a>, Cadre Doodle Etoille<\/a> and Winter Hut Stamps<\/a> along with a variety of Tim Holtz Idea-ology Products<\/a>. She used Industrious<\/a> and Lumber 3D Embossing Folders<\/a> to add texture to the background. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gitta<\/a> made a card using a Tim Holtz Cobblestone 3D Texture Fades Embossing Folder<\/a> and Translucent Texture Paste<\/a>. She colored with Distress Inks<\/a> and Distress Oxide Inks<\/a>. You can see a video of how Gitta made this on her You Tube channel<\/a>! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Andrea<\/a> made a decorative wall hanging using Katzelkraft’s Be Brave<\/a> stamp. She also used Avery Elle’s Pierced Rounded Frames<\/a> dies, Tim Holtz’s Backdrops Vol. 4<\/a> paper, and Kraft Heavystock<\/a> to keep it sturdy. She loves adding texture through sewing and fabric.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anna-Karin<\/a> was inspired by a group of birch trees which she often walks past. The trees were stamped on a tag with Katzelkraft Birches Forest stamp set<\/a>. The trees were colored with Zig Kuretake Gansai Tambi watercolors <\/a>and texture was created with the paint. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Barbara<\/a> this week was inspired by Halloween. She created two tags adding texture with Ranger Ink Distress Black Paste<\/a> and Grit Paste Crypt <\/a>through two stencils by Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous: Decayed<\/a> and Fractured<\/a>. For the center point in the first tag she used the Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous The Obscure <\/a>stamp set, and in the second Tim Holtz Sizzix Graveyard Colorize Thinlits Dies<\/a>. She also used the new Distress Crayons<\/a> to color her tags.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cheiron<\/a> created a fun snowman card using Katzelkraft Snowman Kisses<\/a> stamps combined with a Tim Holtz Sizzix Winston<\/a> snowman die. She created lots of texture using Distress Watercolor Cardstock<\/a> and Snowfall Grit Paste<\/a> and completed her snowman with a tiny heart from the Stacked Tiles Hearts<\/a> dies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kath<\/a> made Christmas cards using Katzelkraft Winter Scene<\/a> on Distress Oxide ink blended backgrounds, added texture with Tim Holtz\/Stampers Anonymous Snowflakes<\/a> and Falling Stars<\/a> Mini Layering Stencils using Distress Grit Paste Snowfall<\/a> and Distress Grit Paste Opague<\/a> and used sentiments from Tim Holtz\/Stampers Anonymous Sketched Greenery<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Lols<\/a> made a belated birthday card using Katzelkraft Le Chat Pencif<\/a> and Les Balloons Stamp Sets<\/a>. She colored with Distress Inks<\/a> and used a Tim Holtz Fallling Stars Layering Stencil <\/a>and Distress Sparkle Texture Paste<\/a> for the background. She used Vintage Photo <\/a>and Walnut Stain Distress Inks<\/a> and a Lumber 3D Embossing Folder <\/a>to make the table. She finished with a CZ Design Reverse Birthday Sentiment Strip<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Macarena<\/a> added a woodgrain texture using Tim Holtz Sizzix Lumber 3D embossing folder<\/a> on which she made a forest scene with Katzelkraft Mushpignons stamp set<\/a>. For the background she used Tim Holtz Idea-ology 2023 Halloween Backdrops<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maura<\/a> headed to her art journal inspired by fantastic fungi. She used Katzelkraft’s Mushpignons stamp set, <\/a> Dylusions Large Leaf It Out stencil,<\/a> and added texture using Ranger’s Transparent Texture Paste<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meihsia<\/a> was inspired to create a mixed media tag using Tim Holtz Sizzix Cracked 3D Texture Fades Embossing Folder<\/a> on the background, and decorated it with Katzelkraft LES HUMANOIDS Red Rubber Unmounted Stamp<\/a> and Tim Holtz Idea-ology STITCHED SCRAPS 2 Embellishments<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zoey<\/a> made this textured tag with Distress Crackle Paste<\/a> and Embossing Glaze<\/a> through her favorite stencil<\/a> . She used Katzelkraft CHRISTMAS SNOWFLAKES Red Rubber Unmounted Stamp<\/a> to add some text element and then she made a cluster with Tim Holtz Ideaology Photobooth<\/a> and thindies from Tim’s Sizzix Release (birds<\/a> + modern festive<\/a>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
