Hi all and welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thank you for joining us for the Architecture Challenge and we hope you will all join us again this week too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This week we are inviting you to our 13th Birthday Party! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can you believe that this challenge has been going for 13 years! We’re teenagers! The time has flown by hasn\u2019t it! We would like to say a huge thank you to all of our fellow crafters who have joined us over the years and we hope you will continue to join us. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As it\u2019s the first Monday of the month we are showcasing a brand\/company. This week we are all using some fabulous from AALL & Create<\/a>. You don\u2019t have to use them to join in with the challenge but if you have them we would love to see them used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As it’s our birthday the lovely folks over at Simon Says Stamp<\/a> have generously increased the prize this week to a FABULOUS $50 voucher to shop at the  Simon Says Stamp Store! <\/a>All you have to do is take out your crafty supplies, make something following this week\u2019s prompt, and add a link in the Inlinkz at the bottom of this post! This week we\u2019re welcoming the lovely Carrie Swift aka Reflection Graphics <\/a>into the Designer Spotlight. If you haven’t visited her blog before then you are in for a real treat!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Carrie<\/a> Carrie created a whimsical birthday card to celebrate both the challenge, and her brother\u2019s birthday. The Mad Tea Party Stamps<\/a> from ALL & Create<\/a> provided a fun focal point and the textured background created from their Weathered Tiles stencil<\/a> is so much fun. The vivid colors from Ranger Distress Inks<\/a> by Tim Holtz<\/a> really brought out the whimsy in this card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Andrea<\/a> made a card featuring AALL & Create’s Ornithology Stamp<\/a> as the focal point. She also used some AALL & Create washi tape to make scalloped borders: Poets<\/a> and Janet Klein’s Washi Tape Sets<\/a>. She used Darkroom Door’s Open Circles<\/a> stamp for the background.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anna-Karin<\/a> made a birthday card this week using the pretty AALL & Create Flower Press stamp designed by Tracy Evans.<\/a> The background is Tim Holtz Backdrops Vol. 5 paper<\/a> embossed in Simon Says Stamp Spun Sugar embossing folder<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Barbara<\/a> created a tag using the new Ranger Distress Halloween Mica Stain Collection<\/a>. At the center, there is the butterfly from the Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous Perspective CMS213<\/a>, to complete her tag she chose two AAll & Create products: Blushy Washi Tape<\/a> and Lotza Dots Stencil<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cheiron<\/a> created a fun birthday tag using the AALL + Create Starry Night<\/a> stencil for her background. She used Distress Opaque Texture Paste <\/a>and Kitsch Flamingo Distress Embossing Glaze<\/a> and then sprayed her tag with Distress Spray Stains<\/a>. She finished her tag with a Paper Doll<\/a>, some Ephemera Snippets<\/a> and Mirrored Stars<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Emma<\/a>‘s been told by a little birdie that it’s time to celebrate and she created a card using the AALL & Create Stars and Rays stencil<\/a> as a background. She combined this fun stencil with Tim Holtz\/Sizzix Celebration Colorize die set<\/a> and the cute little birdie from Cozy Winter<\/a>, completing the project with a sentiment from Stampers Anonymous Crazy Talk stamp set<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kath<\/a> used AALL&Create Washi Tape<\/a> and the Lotza Dots Stencil<\/a> with Mustard Seed Distress Oxide ink<\/a> and Distress Black Texture Paste<\/a> to make a colourful background on her card and added Simon Says Stamp Sunrise Stem<\/a> flowers and Bold Birthday Acetate Sentiment Strips<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lols <\/a> made a card using a Tim Holtz Celebrate Colorize Die Set<\/a>. For the background she used Brush Arch <\/a>and Brush Hex Layering Stencils<\/a> along with Mustard Seed <\/a>and Lost Shadow Distress Oxide Inks<\/a>. She splattered with Funky Fuchsia<\/a> and Lemon Zest Ink Sprays<\/a> and added some Simon Says Stamp Glitter Cardstock confetti<\/a>. She finished with a couple of strips of Washi Tape<\/a> and a Tiny Type Number 13<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Macarena<\/a> made a Birthday card using for the base background the Simon Says Stamp Stencil Bold Geometrics<\/a> as a negative, then stamped the background with Aall & Create Elemental Notes<\/a> stamp set. Then she stamped Simon Says Stamp Leaf Edges<\/a> on top of everything. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maura<\/a> made a fun birthday tag to celebrate us turning 13! She used AALL and Create’s Dashing Crow stamp<\/a>, the AALL and Create White Lotus stencil<\/a>, and AALL and Create’s Filigree Washi Tape<\/a> to make her mixed media tag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meihsia<\/a> was inspired to create a mixed media tag using AALL & Create BAKE IT A7 Clear Stamps<\/a> on the background, and decorated it with Tim Holtz Idea-ology LABEL STICKERS THOUGHTS<\/a> and Tim Holtz Idea-ology ODDS AND ENDS Embellishments<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zoey<\/a> used AALL & Create Diamond Life<\/a> stencil to add a bit of texture in her tags background. She also used a combination of Distress Oxide Ink <\/a>and Distress Ink Pads<\/a> to create this bright background. Then she used Tim Holtz Distress Ominous Twilight Mica Stain<\/a> , Tim Holtz Distress Specimen Mica Stain<\/a> and Tim Holtz Distress Unravelled Mica Stain<\/a> to stamp the beautiful Tim Holtz Cling Rubber Stamps Wildflowers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
