Natasha<\/a> project for this weeks challenge is inspired by a rustic theme. She started with the Tim Holtz Brush Arch Layering Stencil Brush Arch<\/a> and Texture Paste<\/a> and continued to build layers using Distress Crayons<\/a>.  She used a variety of Tim Holtz Idea-Ology<\/a> and Stampers Anonymous<\/a> Cling Stamp Sets<\/a> for the background. She added shine using Picket Fence Paper Glaze<\/a> and  Foundry Wax<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Andrea<\/a> made an ATC using Studio Light’s Quirky People Paper Elements<\/a>. She also used Simple Stories’ Wildflower Paper<\/a> and Hero Arts’ Nesting Rounded Rectangles Infinity Dies<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anna-Karin<\/a> made an imaginary voyage by sea and train. She used Tim Holtz Travel Ways stamp set<\/a> for most of the images. The ship and the train were colored with Prismacolor pencils<\/a>. The main sentiment was stamped with Simon Says Stamp Pawsitively Saturated Royal ink<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Barbara<\/a> interpreted the theme figuratively and was carried away by the desire to be already in autumn, basically time travel! She prepared a card using two die cuts from the new Sizzix collection for Tim Holtz: Artsy Leaves Thinlits Dies<\/a> and Cracked, 3D Embossing Folder<\/a>. She used lots of Ranger Distress Ink pads and Spray Stains<\/a> to color the leaves and background. She chose as a sentiment a phrase from the Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous The Scarecrow set.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cheiron<\/a> wants to be transported back to vacation this week. She made a card with an Alcohol Ink background to remember the glass bottom boat trip she took using Wacky Transport<\/a>, Under the Sea <\/a>Colorize and Funky Festive<\/a> for a fun ocean themed card. She finished her card with some stitching and a senitment from the Simon Says Stamp Big and Bold<\/a> wafer dies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kath<\/a> created a nautical theme card using Tim Holtz\/Stampers Anonymous Bubbles Layering Stencil<\/a> with the new Distress Embossing Glazes<\/a>, Sizzix Funky Nature<\/a> and Wacky Transport <\/a>Thinlits and embellished with Idea-ology Tiny Text Remnant Rubs<\/a>, Prima Art<\/a> and Mini Art Stones<\/a> and Pretty Pink Posh Clear Droplets<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maura<\/a> got imaginative in her art journal with the submarine from Tim Holtz’s Wacky Transport Thinlits <\/a>, being transported by a Kraken (octopus) from the Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous Sea Life set<\/a>, in the mermaid lagoon made with the Simon Says Stamp Be a Mermaid set<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meihsia<\/a> was inspired to create a mixed media tag using Tim Holtz MINI STENCIL SET 9<\/a> and Tim Holtz Cling Rubber Stamps PEN AND PENCIL<\/a> on the background, and decorated it with Tim Holtz Idea-ology Quote Chip Labels<\/a> and Prima Marketing Porcelain Florals Sharon Ziv Flowers<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zoey<\/a> used the new Distress Embossing Glaze<\/a> to highlight the details on her tag. She decorate it with Tim Holtz Sizzix Artsy Leaves Thinlits<\/a> and Tim Holtz Idea-ology snapshots<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
