As it\u2019s the first Monday of the month we are showcasing a brand\/company. This week we are all using some fabulous products from Dyan Reaveley<\/a>. You don\u2019t have to use them to join in with the challenge but if you have them we would love to see them used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The lovely folks over at Simon Says Stamp<\/a> are generously giving away a FABULOUS $25 voucher to shop at the  Simon Says Stamp Store! <\/a>All you have to do is take out your crafty supplies, make something following this week\u2019s prompt, and add a link in the Inlinkz at the bottom of this post! This week we\u2019re welcoming back the lovely Cassie Lynch aka mk_knits<\/a> into the Designer Spotlight. If you haven’t visited her blog before then you are in for a real treat!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cassie<\/a> used Lemon Zest<\/a>, Island Parrot<\/a>, Blue Lagoon<\/a>, and Squeezed Orange<\/a> Dylusion Paint<\/a> to make her background and to color the Fancy Florals by Dyan Reaveley<\/a>. She added buttons from her stash for the center of the flowers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Andrea<\/a> made a mini book out of a Dylusions Black Journaling Tag<\/a> folded in half. She colored the front with several of her favorite Dylusions paints such as Balmy Night<\/a>, Rose Quartz<\/a>, and Strawberry Daquiri<\/a>. She used Whimsy Stamps’ Boho Alphabet<\/a> for the “Try” sentiment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Barbara<\/a> created a trio of tags mixing Ground Coffee and Slate Grey Dylusions Inks Spray<\/a> with various Ranger Ink Distress Spray<\/a>. She chooses three stamps sets by Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous: The Professor CMS373<\/a>, Tim Holtz Clear Stamps and Stencil Observations <\/a>and The Inspector CMS465<\/a>. She also added Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous Layering Stencil Brush Arch<\/a>, Element Stencils Everyday Art<\/a>, Mini Stencil Set 53<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cheiron<\/a> used Dylusions Rose Quartz <\/a>Ink Spray, Gesso and Distress Paints in Cracked Pistachio<\/a> and Wild Honey<\/a> to create the background on her mixed media card. She stenciled through the Mini Brush Mark <\/a>stencil, added some stamping with Distress Archival Ink and lots of splatter. She finished her card with some leaves from the Media Marks 1<\/a> set and added a sentiment from the Note Quotes<\/a> stamps. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kath<\/a> used Tim Holtz\/Ranger<\/a> “Back From The Vault” Distress Paints<\/a> to colour one of the preprinted pages in her Dylusions Creative Dyary. She added stencilling using Dylusions<\/a> Dyalog Border It Stencil<\/a>, a sentiment quote from Borders and Quotes Colouring Sheets<\/a> and doodled circles using Dylusions<\/a> Paint Pens<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meihsia<\/a> was inspired to create a mixed media Mother’s Day tag using Simon Says Clear Stamps SWOOPY FLOWERS<\/a> for the image on the background, colored it with Ranger DYLUSIONS INK SPRAY SET OF 6 Dyan Reaveley<\/a> and added a sentiment using Simon Says Stamp Simple Mother’s Day Wafer Dies<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zoey<\/a> used Ranger Dylusions Vibrant Turquoise paint<\/a> through Tim Holtz Brush Hex<\/a> stencil. She then used Tim Holtz Idea-ology Collage Tiles<\/a> and Tim Holtz Idea-ology Photomatic<\/a> to decorate the tag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
