Hi all and welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

EMBOSS IT <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As it\u2019s the first Monday of the month we are showcasing a brand\/company. This week we are all using some of our very own Simon Says Stamp Products<\/a>. You don\u2019t have to use them to join in with the challenge but if you have them we would love to see them used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The lovely folks over at Simon Says Stamp<\/a> are generously giving away a FABULOUS $25 voucher to shop at the  Simon Says Stamp Store! <\/a>All you have to do is take out your crafty supplies, make something following this week\u2019s prompt, and add a link in the Inlinkz at the bottom of this post! This week we\u2019re welcoming the lovely Pauline C aka<\/a> Passion For Papercraft<\/a> into the Designer Spotlight. If you haven’t visited her blog before then you are in for a real treat!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pauline<\/a> used a Simon Says Stamp Floral Harmony Embossing Folder and Die Set<\/a>. She created the background using  Broken China<\/a>, Tumbled Glass<\/a> and Bundled Sage<\/a> Distress Oxide Inks smooshed over the debossed surface of the folder. She added color to the die cut flowers using Tim Holtz <\/a>Distress Watercolor Pencils Set 1<\/a>,  and sparkle with a Spectrum Noir Clear Sparkle Pen<\/a>. She used a Simon Says Stamp Script Thanks<\/a> die cut sentiment to finish. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Andrea<\/a> made a notebook cover and added dimension with a WOW embossing pen<\/a>. She used some of her favorite Simon Says Stamp dies in the foreground and in the background: Circle Loops<\/a>, Thin Frames<\/a>, and Fine Petal Leaf Branches<\/a> as well as Tim Holtz’s Specimen<\/a> dies for the tab at the top. She also used some patterned paper from Simple Stories’ Flea Market<\/a> paper pack. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anna-Karin<\/a> made a tag this week using both dry and heat embossing. She used a Simon Says Stamp Animal Print stencil <\/a>together with Distress Ink and embossing powders to create the background. The sun was embossed in Simon Says Stamp Triangle Burst folder<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Barbara<\/a> made a rustic style tag using for her background the stamp Wood Planks by Simon Says Stamp<\/a> together with Walnut Stain <\/a>and Vintage Photo Embossing Glaze Powder<\/a>. The center flower was created with Simon Says Stamp Woodgrain Cardstock White<\/a> and colored with Ranger Distress Crayons Abandoned Coral<\/a> and cut with Tim Holtz Sizzix’s Brushstroke Flowers 2 Thinlits Die.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cheiron<\/a> created a card using the Simon Says Stamp Jumbled Hearts Background<\/a>. She embossed it onto Tim Holtz Distress Watercolor Cardstock<\/a> using Clear Embossing Powder<\/a> and colored it in with Distress Spray Stains<\/a>. She added the Simon Says stamp Slay<\/a> to complete her colorful card. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Emma<\/a> used the Simon Says Stamp Parallelogram stam<\/a>p to create a background which she heat embossed with Ultrafine detail gold embossing powder<\/a>. She also embossed the beautiful photo<\/a> with Frosted Crystal Powder by Tim Holtz<\/a> before arranging Tim Holtz idea-ology embellishments to cascade around the Metal Frame<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kath<\/a> used Simon Says Minted Florals Embossing Folder<\/a> to add interest and texture on the background and decorated with an umbrella filled with flowers die-cut using Tim Holtz\/Sizzix The Gent<\/a> and Brushstroke Flowers Mini<\/a> Thinlits. She added Idea-ology Specimen Remnant Rubs<\/a> and Simon Says Script Hello<\/a> for the sentiment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Lols <\/a> made a card using a Simon Says Stamp Dandy Floral Embossing Folder and Die Set<\/a>. She smooshed Tumbled Glass<\/a> and Faded Jeans Distress Oxide Inks<\/a> over the embossing folder to add the background color and then used Hickory Smoke Ink<\/a> to stamp a Sketchy Lines<\/a> design onto the embossing folder before running it through the Big Shot<\/a>. She added some Mowed Lawn<\/a> and Rustic Wilderness <\/a>ink to the foliage and spritzed the flower with Dyan Reaveley Lemon Zest Ink Spray<\/a>. She added a few sequins, a CZ Designs Reverse Mom’s Day Sentiment<\/a> and a few machine stitches to finish. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Macarena<\/a> used both dry and heat embossing techniques using for the background Altenew Tree Bark 3D embossing folder<\/a> and Simon Says Stamp Steel Navy embossing powder<\/a> on the Tim Holtz Sizzix Bowtied Colorize dies<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maura<\/a> is celebrating her Irish with some St. Patrick’s Day cards. She used CZ Designs Linking Lucky Clovers die<\/a>, Simon Says Stamp River Damask Embossing Folder<\/a>, and Tim Holtz Lucky Love 3D Impresslits Cut and Emboss Folder.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meihsia<\/a> was inspired to create a Easter bunny tag usingTim Holtz Clear Stamps and Stencil HIPSTER BUNNY<\/a> and Simon Says Stamp EMBOSSING POWDER CLEAR Fine Detail<\/a> on the background, and colored it with Prima Marketing VINTAGE PASTELS Watercolor Confections Set<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zoey <\/a>used Tim Holtz Sizzix Perspective Moth<\/a> as main focus of her tag and Tim Holtz Sizzix Numbered<\/a> to write her sentiment. The background is made with a mix of Distress Paint<\/a> and Distress Oxide Spray<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n
